I never write reviews but figured this one is needed. This app is almost worthless. There’s no way to search for studios, I can’t see a studios schedule. What is the point? Maybe it’s user error but I feel like most of us are pretty tech savvy- the interface is lacking big time. This is no replacement for mindbody!!Show lessep3948user
Not user friendly
This app doesn’t work. It will not let me select or book anything. It won’t let me contact support. I feel for businesses who have switched over to this software, it must be a pain for their employees. The only reason I’m TRYING to book through it is because there’s a class I want to take. This apps brains don’t work
Have use this app to login and try to book classes and every time I do it, it makes me sign up for subscription to the dance studio. So then I add a subscription to the dance studio. And then I try to book the class and again it asked me if I want a subscription to the dance studio and I already signed up for an have. It won’t actually let me book any classes and keeps making me sign up for a membership that I’ve already done five times.Show lessAzaya

Not safe, money taking from my account
Major flaw .This app is not safe. Once you save a card to the app that business has access to withdraw money from that card. They don’t need any permission, once you save that card it’s up to the business to do they right thing. But they have access to your card and can withdraw money when ever they want. I have spoken with customer service. They seem to be brain washed. They continue you tell me it very safe. Didn’t matter how many times,I explain a business just took money out of my account, they didn’t need any authorisation to do it. They continued with it’s traceable, my point is no one should be able to take money out of my account. I sorted it out with the business directly but I didn’t realise this app give businesses access to my card freely . You can’t call and talk to anyone about the app So basically,they told me to delete my cards. I had a few studio that I used. I also had a membership with one of the studio , I had to cancel it. So I’m at a lost, because even if i work out other way to pay. I can’t book classes.Show lessKec/
Easy to use/functional
This App is easy to navigate and I am able to book my appointments/classes and adjust them with ease. My only complaint is that the keyboard blocks the “submit” button when leaving a review for something. If you type more than two lines the submit button dissapears behind the keyboard and you are unable to get rid of the keyboard when finished with it, so I am not able to provide any feedback via the app as some vendors/places request.Show lessA-Loomie

Super confusing
Just got the app to book at a yoga studio, but I can’t search for anything. Everything is blank… I don’t understand how I would follow someone if I can’t even search.Mojomi
Poor user experience
This app is totally useless for signing up to classes. It doesn’t allow easy reoccurring bookings it takes on average about 2-3 minutes to sign up to a single class (poor) it should take all of 10 to 20 secs. Businesses using this app must be getting it for free otherwise why would they bother. I’m at clear that no real thought has gone into the UI or how users actually use it.Show lessoll1efal
