Great App and amazing wisdom!
This app has been life changing and has change how I approach my life each and every day. I am married and my spouse and I have 5 kids under the age of 8, I am a postdoctoral researcher, and religious believer. This app has allowed to identify the essential things in my life and helped me remove the nonessential 1% at a time. Making me a better husband and father, a better researcher, and a better all around person. I am thankful for Brian and the Heroic team.
My only problem with the app is that it is an app. I primarily use the Light Phone 2 as my primary phone (I have been for over a year now) and with this amazing app I still have to lug around an old iPhone which I connect to the Wi-Fi and use when needed. I do not like carrying around two phones throughout my day, I like this app so I use it and the heroic team is amazing, but I wish there was a different alternative for some odd individual like me.

I’ve been a member of Heroic and the previous Optimize app for a few years now. If you love to read but don’t want to spend multiple hours on one book just to see if you like it, give this a try. It provides a Reader’s Digest version of the books so you can get to the most salient points and stories soooo much quicker. And there is a debriefing after the books where the main ideas are compared and contrasted to what other authors and philosophers have shared on the same subjects. Heroic Coach, paired with the Heroic Training Platform, allows me to live with intention. What I choose to focus on and commit to manifests in reality. In other words, prior to joining the Heroic community, I was steeped in theory. What was missing was putting that theory into practice, and ultimately mastery. Today, I celebrate nearly 90 micro-wins each and every day, and my energy (productivity), work (efficiency), and love (relationships) are all better for it. Now, thanks to Heroic, I have a container to hold that wisdom, and add to it little-by-little day-by-day, aggregating and compounding wins as I spiral up towards the best version of myself. You get the knowledge, the book summaries, daily short takeaways, a system for being your highest self moment to moment, and soon a social feature that will allow you to see what him and many others you look up to are doing day-to-day.

Slick and Functional
The best companion app for self-improvement and optimization that I know of. I minimize my interaction with my smartphone but this is one of the few apps that makes the cut and I use each day. As a side note, this app looks extremely well-polished and is very intuitive and easy to use. It keeps getting better and I can’t wait to see what it will grow into years from now.Show lessHermdog!

Once I grasped how to use the platform, along with some great app updates by the Developer, I’ve been rocking my Identity and daily protocols to spiral up. I’ve been using the APP for about 3 months, it is truly a perfect supporting tool to the HEROIC Coaching program that allows you to hit (or at least try to 😅) your targets every day in order to become the best version of you - MOMENT 👉MOMENT 👉 MOMENT
It focuses on the practice and the action required to be a better you, rather than pure theories that you just listen and forget.
