Just wanted to make you aware that the app keeps crashing and it is the most update version. I really enjoy the app and hopefully this will get corrected.

This app change my life
So far so good. I have just hit my 30 day commitment streak on Heroic app today. It is literately changing my life. I can feel the change everyday.
First time in my life I feel so energized and overflowing (my Zest is 24th on the strength test when I first did it, I am looking forward to redoing the test). And the overflow of energy is affecting my work and love very positively.
I was really ticked with the wisdom you share about making it super easy to show up everyday. I applied it to all my targets and it worked like a miracle. I started meditate for one breath every morning and now I can do 11 minutes. And yeah, I sleep very well! Awesome! And then the digital sunset and grateful journal are so powerful. I think I can write two pages about how my life is so much better now than 30 days ago.
So yes, I love Optimize and Heroic! Very much!

Echoing what other reviewers have said, this app is truly remarkable! ✨It is impressively powerful, while simple and practical to implement.
I waited a few weeks to review. Now that I’ve been using it daily on a consistent basis, I can attest, there is immense power in daily review and commitment to your “BIG 3x2” heroic identity, virtues, and action targets, in the areas of Energy, Work, and Love. Then being able to recheck the app during the day as you hit your targets. POWERFUL!!!💥🚀💪🏻
The intro video, as well as built in guidance/suggestions are great, making the app easy to use. And the “Basic Training” video series provides a super accessible and motivating coursework to discover the science and philosophy underlying the tools.

Hacking the brainstem for good.
Technology is a double edged sword. Using technology intentionally to improve oneself is the holy grail of self help => and this app does it!
I set my intentions every morning to remind myself who I am and want to be. Tap tap tap. Then I set targets to do the things that make me happy/productive/alive. Tap tap tap. At the end of the day, I check in to see how I did (habit tracker and accountability), hit the target ==> swoosh. Celebrate, that’s like me!
Missed the mark today? Why? An opportunity to learn. Little habits make real changes. This app is well designed and already paying life dividends at one month.
