High Hassle Factor Leads To Failure
Extremely weak design and functionality. They force you to create an account , but the account creation software doesn’t work. Suppose to send me a verification link to create account, but never did. So can’t get the software, so can’t control my new color changing light bulbs. Now have some very expensive white bulbs. Why is something like this such a hassle. Should never have taken over
Horribly integrated app. It does not group bulbs together to change color. I was force to switch to AIDot and cannot stand this app. I will be buying a different lightbulb so I no longer have to deal with this app. If I could give 0 stars I would.cannonhammmer

Not reliable
Was forced to “update” and use this app. Constant connection issues I never had with previous app. Also lost some of my previous settings when forced to migrate to this unreliable appBK413502
Bring back my fave preset!
Recently switched from the Linked app and was living the UI of the new one, however my favorite presets have been removed and I can’t replicate their function by setting a scene or routine. Help! Please bring back sunrise and sunset presets.Kyjacobs

Sorry to say I find the app cumbersome. I installed it today and still trying to work things out. The linkind app worked like a dream. I’m wondering if I could delete this app and try installing the linkind again. Can’t save Christmas for each bulb
Clearly haven’t used their app. Doesn’t work for all bulbs. Very disappointed.Bewhales
Where is Siri shortcut support

I migrated my account from linkind and now I can’t get my lights to workjess_w1998
Where have all my functions gone.
I just migrated from the linkind app as I was asked to on the app. Now I have migrated. I cannot set the volume or the entry delay of my alarm system. I wish I could go back to the old app. If you still use linkind app, keep using it for now they haven’t fully migrated everything yet.Joeyjinx
