  • Frequent disconnects

    The old app didn’t seem to have an issue, but since updating, the lights disconnect after a power outage or and internet outage. I live in an area with frequent flickers and outages, so maybe others wont have an issue, but every time the power flickers I have to reset the bulbs. I spoke with customer service and they confirmed that after an outage, the bulbs all have to be reinstall and will not reconnect automatically. The app is fine when it works, but I have over 20 bulbs and it’s not worth it to reset them every time there is a flicker.

    No other brand of my smart devices seems to have this issue, but I bought more of these since they used to work well.

    Dear, after a power outage, the device will be disconnected from the Wi-Fi connection and the device will be offline. As long as the Wi-Fi name, password and router have not been changed, the device will be automatically connected to the Wi-Fi within 2 minutes after the power is restored. If there is a change of Wi-Fi name, Wi-Fi password or router, you need to reset the device and connect it to the new Wi-Fi.

    Will not connect to router/network even though it recognizes device.
  • Keeps Saying My Device is Offline When It’s Not

    I have one of the RGB smart bulbs. The device is powered, and my Wi-Fi is perfectly fine. Yet, the app continues to say that the bulb is offline, and thus I can no longer adjust the brightness or color. I tried removing and re-adding the device, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The same problem persists. Very disappointing.

  • Won't connect

    The stupid app keeps telling me to turn on my Bluetooth when it's already on and it won't connect to the lights. It's useless I'm going to have to spend more money on either new light bulbs or smart plugs to make this work with Alexa. I do not recommend this company and also AiDot is not in Alexa's list, so won't work with Alexa anyway.

  • Nothing but problems

    It’s 3 in the morning, I have work in the morning, and here I am… trying to turn my lights off. It’s been an hour. I’ve tried disconnecting them from the app, re-adding them, cutting off power to them, taking them out of the sockets, everything possible. None of it worked, and now I can’t even re-add them because it doesn’t recognize them as devices. The Linkind app, which I used for several months, had absolutely no issues. This has been nothing but a hassle. It’s a broken, borderline unusable app.

  • It’s worse than its predecessor Linkind

    So disappointed
  • Much worse than the old app

    After having these lights for several months with no issues, I’ve had nothing but trouble after being forced to migrate over to this app. Half the time it has no idea what lights I’m talking about and when it does recognize them, the controls only work for some of them, or work asynchronously. Also, huge delays now between commands and response that were never a problem on my WiFi before. I’ve never written an app review, but this one is so bad, and also unavailable if you have their products.

    I hate that it’s side ways on the app other wise so far no complaints
  • Bad App version

    This version does not work.
    Settings cannot be saved.
  • No widget, no all control

    In settings, there’s a widget option. It has a nice layout to show what devices and scenes you want available to use in the widget, there’s even instructions on how to activate the widget. Outside of the app, there is absolutely no option to add a widget for this app. Someone went through a lot of work to add that part in the settings and a great idea, and then zero follow through.

    All control is just to turn on and off all lights. No dimming, no automations/effects, no color control.

    Also the menus are WHITE, so using this in a dark room is literally awful.
