  • It’s ok

    There lights are awesome but the app keeps saying my password is wrong and I even tried sending a email but says it can’t so I can’t even change the light color I need to see in the morning for school
  • Useless, more or less

    Worked for less than 3 days before signing me out while using the app, then refusing to sign in or reset password. “Session Expired” and “Network Error” aren’t helpful when internet access is fine.

    This experience follows being forced into trying AiDot and creating yet another account because Samsung’s SmartThings lighting control groups are broken, and even when they worked, don’t support dimming or color adjustments. My initial experience with Matter LED’s has been pretty disappointing.

  • App won’t work

    I like the idea of having a smart light, But it would be even better if the app would work. It says that I am having bad internet connection when the internet is connected and is working fine. It also says that I have not registered my account when I have and I literally logged into it, But then the next time I logged into it said that I had not registered my account and all of my info is correct. So I like the idea of a smart light but I would not recommend this to anybody!!!! Save your money 😡

  • App is a mess

    Attempted to connect Linkind lightbulbs to Alexa and was forced onto this app as the Linkind app is no longer functional. Now bulbs are no longer responding to Alexa and have spent three hours trying to get the app to even open up. Nothing-app login page not working, web page login page not working. When I used Forgotten Password link, the page the link takes you to is a white screen that only has the rules for a new password. No place to type in a new password. This app is a mess.

  • Connecting issues

    The app was good for half a month until my light’s disconnected from Alexa and now when I try to check through the aidot app to see what’s wrong it doesn’t load in. I redownloaded the app, refreshed my phone, etc. When I redownloaded my app the closest I could get is putting in my email but once I put in my password it takes forever to load and then ends up not going through.

  • App stopped working in less than a week.

    I bought a handful of Linkind bulbs for the kids room, and everything worked fine for a few days. This evening, Alexa said the devices were not responding, so I tried to look at the Aidot app, and it wouldn't get past the logo screen. When I closed out of the app and tried to reopen it, it wanted me to sign in. It locked up after I put my info in. The old Linkind app did the same thing. Guess these bulbs and my kids room setup is worthless until they fix this app... 😒

  • Massive battery drainer

    The app has good controls but having Background app refresh drains the battery like crazy! I’ve turned it off so will see if that affects how I use the app.

    The new smart bulbs are Matter enabled so they work with Apple HomeKit so will use that for light controls.

Could you please send a screenshot of the battery page of your system for us to check the Power consumption of the Aidot APP? 2. Does your phone open the 5G Cellular Data? Since many users of the iPhone 15 pro model have reported that it consumes more power due to the automatic connection to 5G. 3. Is it convenient for you to provide your Aidot APP's nickname for us to check? So that our tech can get more data to analyze your issue. Note:  We can only see some functions you set through your Aidot account, such as timer, schedule, and other settings.  Please don’t worry that any privacy-infringing information cannot be seen. If our Aidot APP violates customers' privacy, it will be forcibly removed from the shelves.   • Lies. NOT Private

    The App Privacy label claims “Data Not Collected”, but this is absolutely a lie. Upon launch, the app connects to a flurry of different third party analytics, tracking, snooping and surveillance capitalist end points, including several in mainland China. Stay far far away from this app, these products and this company as a whole. The news report with countless data privacy and security violations is surely coming up any day now.

    Hi, dear Aidot user. Sorry for the trouble for you. Could you tell us more details about the app behavior you said about third-party analysis, tracking, snooping, and spying? Or would you be willing to send some screenshots to our after-sales email(support@aidot.com)?  Normally, our APP can't check customers' data, if it violates the words, our APP will be forced to take it down. So, we guess that it is some function experience that has a bad influence on you. Hope you are willing to tell us and give us a chance to correct it.
