Thanking Direct Express

I would just like to say that I feel very safe with the DirectExpress account Netspend sends me things constantly I guess that is your competitor that seems more like an actual bank account. The only way I wish they could approve is if there would be a way to make deposits like per say from a bank or a business legitimate business I guess they have their reasons for not doing that. I have never had any trouble with stimulus or any of my deposits that go in on a monthly basis.I will definitely stay with Direct Express I know they are a bank that works directly with the IRS and Social Security and they are very kind and courteous whenever I have to talk to them which is not very often. I feel like that is a good thing I hope whoever reads this you have a wonderful safe day we have a lot of snow and ice in our area at this time so I am staying home. Sincerely, Karen

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, it’s like they go out of their way to make communication difficult hoping you will just give up on disputing charges. Direct Express made a debit adjustment in the exact amount of my purchase at Dollar General causing my account to be overdrawn by $5, the charge from Dollar General is still pending days later. Direct express claim they didn’t make an adjustment even though it clearly stated “direct express debit adjustment”, getting anyone to explain this has proven impossible. Debit accounts are not supposed to be able to overdraft but yet it’s happened. I feel like they just stole the money because there is nothing anyone can do to them.
Avoid using this card or app... I’m switching to Bank of America

Finally! Face ID

I have been using this app over a little over 3 years now and when I say the app has gotten the slight upgrade that I’m pretty sure we all wanted. I’m happy with the little changes they did and now I don’t have to use a password everytime I want to log in 🥲 Hopefully they keep adding things like disputing and all of that so you won’t have to call and be on hold so long because nobody wants to sit and wait for a agent over 30 minutes. But thank you for what you have done.

Not Password Manager Compatible

Although I am certain I am entering my password correctly, I have not been able to use this app successfully.

Any company that makes the decision to not support the Paste function has also decided they want you to use a simple password, therefore have forced you to be less secure.

Since I cannot log in, I also cannot say if they finally decided to support biometric login, which is also more secure than short, memorable, easy to type passwords.
