    NEVER GET THIS SERVICE EVER
    Horrible internet that lags out about once every 1.5 hour if not more and it’s incredibly slow, my hotspot is actually faster. Terrible customer service where they hung up on me, try to sell random home security service, and you can barely hear the help since it’s full of background noise. They also charge you monthly for the router which makes the minimum plan 75$, if you are in a pinch should probably use your hotspot and it would cheaper, faster, and less of a hassle.

  • Helpful and friendly people

    Making because I accidentally hung up my call, and was unable to complete the survey. The employees I worked with through my usage of earthlink were helpful and very friendly. The process of ending my service was quick and simple. Dennis helped me out and was a pleasure to work with. Apologies to Dennis for not doing the survey I hope this works as close second.

    To keep it concise , their service is expensive and isn’t good at all.
  • Worst internet I’ve ever had

    Seriously, do NOT pay them for their services. Crap internet, terrible customer service that doesn’t go below the surface of “have you tried unplugging the modem and plugging it back in?” Will be calling my credit card company disputing the charges, claiming they did not provide the service they advertised. I don’t know how this garbage company stays afloat.

  • App Not Working Since Early May 2023 UPDATED

    I got EarthLink Wireless Home Internet at rhe beginning of May 2023. The App worked for a few days and then refused to open when I upgraded to iOS 16.4.1 (iPhone) and iPadOS (iPad).
    I deleted and reloaded the App twice and also did a cold reboot - the App keeps saying the connection is "poor".
    The router seems fine and all lights are lit and I can do device backups and photo sync to iCloud, and use the EarthLink website. What seems to be extremely poor is the App’s ability to work with iOS 16.4.1 and iPadOS 16.4.1. Please fix the App.

  • Terrible Internet

    They charge more than wired in cable internet but I can’t even listen to 1 whole song through Alexa because she can’t get a good enough signal. My grandson can’t watch tv through streaming so he’s pretty frustrated with it too. I know we moved out to the country to get some peace and have other things to do besides being tied to electronics but EarthLink is the crappiest internet I’ve ever had to deal with. My mobile hot spot on my phone works better but somethings need WiFi to work. I cannot get websites to load without timing out and this should not count as providing internet service because it so frequently is not available.

  • Does not work!

    This app completely stopped working last month. I’ve deleted and reinstalled countless times. It tells me I have a weak connection, yet I’m literally standing next to the router…

  • Garbage company

    I have had services for 1 day!!! And just in 4 hours my 50gb of high speed was used up when it was barely used and then your back up unlimited service can even handle putting on Netflix and they charge 80 dollars for the lowest package. I was lied to from the beginning when a sales rep told me someone would be installing services and to pay 79.95 for the router and first month and then a router arrives at my house and I’m told I have to set up and pay 80.80 to activate services which is crazy 160 total for this kind of service terrible. Definitely refunded and would recommend everyone don’t use this service
