    I noticed results immediately. Once my son turned 2 months I wasn’t as consistent and took a big break. I noticed my posture worsen and back pain come about. Now that I’m back doing the exercises I felt a difference after only a few days.

    I love how gradual the exercises are and feel this is great for someone of varying strengths and challenges. You can add weight and modify exercises and Katie mentions how to make it more challenging or less. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone postpartum or even people who are just starting out they’re exercise journey.

  • My new favourite workouts!

    This app has some great workouts and programs to follow! It’s easy to use and each week the number of reps and the exercise changes so it keeps me progressing and keeps me from getting bored. I followed the Crewe maternity program throughout my pregnancy and I am excited to find a post-pregnancy workout plan through this app. Katie kept me strong through pregnancy even with just 3 workouts a week, and I always looked forward to them! Thank you!

  • Disappointed

    I never write reviews but this one frustrated me. This app has potential but it only works for me on Wi-Fi and that’s not always possible and it’s very annoying.
  • Good App, but need content

    App is really nice easy to use.
    But content is too small to pay for it.
    May for functionality and content can bring me back.
  • Great workouts

    Love the workouts but the app has a few glitches, most annoying is that it doesn’t work on Wi-Fi. The support team is quick to respond to my questions. Hoping the technical issues get resolved because I do really love the workouts.

    I’ve done Katie’s workouts for years and I love them. They’re so much fun. I love that she gives alternatives for each exercise

    I have been loving incorporating Katie’s postpartum program into my fitness regime. It’s programmed so well, and kept me from doing too much too fast! Highly recommend for any new Momma’s!
