Something’s wrong with the app

I’ve been sitting g here for over 2 hours trying to order 2 (of the same cool nights night shirt) for my mom. Every time I added 2 it added an additional 2, so 4 to my cart. I’d delete 2 of them & it would delete all 4. So I went in and ordered 1 at a time & it added the 1 + 2 more. If I deleted one of them it would delete all 3. So now I am purchasing 3 because there was no way to just get rid of one. I will have to go to the store & waste time & gas (money) to return it !!! This is the stupidest thing & a waste time of time. I just got the app to get the 10% discount offered & I didn’t even get the 10% for the app. It says no offers for me & no way to get it. Once I get my order I’m deleting the app.. I’ll just use google & order there from now on..

Love Soma but the app

This app frustrates me! Sometimes, I add items to my cart but don’t immediate checkout, life stuff, so I go back in a couple joes and the cart Errors! The solution, I don’t know. Close the app, go to my browser and try it all over again!
I also find it challenging when it says “complete the look” but it’s not a link to coordinates! Nope, your own your own to go find it.

I spent 45 minutes reentering updated CC info & kept getting no response. Then when I finally got the info to ‘stick’, I couldn’t delete a pair of pj shorts. There were 2 of the same size/pattern in my cart. If I deleted one, both deleted. Just crazy. So I paid more in tax & will now have to return the extra pair of sleep shorts. Ridiculous. I’ve had trouble with this site in the past. Won’t be ordering online for awhile. It’s too frustrating & time consuming!🤯🫤

Soma wants to make it difficult to be a customer

Tried to order two pajama sets for three days. Password didn’t work then reset password didn’t work and then locked out of account. Called customer service today and hit a snarky dismissive agent that I finally told her I was hanging up as she was making me madder! Why require a letter first in a password? This is not convenient for customers!! Ordered my pajamas finally but not without all this extra stress. Will look for another vendor in the future as Soma is not customer friendly!!!

THE APP IS VERY FRUSTRATING

I recently downloaded the app and had to create a new password since it was not recognizing my email or my reward number. I received an email confirming my account with a new reward number. Tried to open the app to my account today and now getting a message that it doesn’t recognize my email even though I have received three emails from soma today regarding my order and the current deals they are offering.

Room for improvement

This is a visually beautiful app. Functionally, the app has a lot of room for improvement. The filters are terrible. If I’m shopping for a bra, I generally have an idea of what I want to purchase. Let’s say I want a wireless bra - there is no way to filter for only wire free styles. Or bras that are racerback. Or type of material.

Quite frankly, I find this app so frustrating and slow to use that I usually resort to using a laptop rather than the app.

Soma is Awesome

I love how easy it is to stroll through the website. The Embliss bras & bralettes are the best! The sleepshirts and pjs are so soft and comfortable! I have bought the pjs for my sister-in-law and she loves them, too! Everyone should buy Soma! Oh, and the returns are nice and easy - no problems!

Not worth my money anymore

I absolutely love soma, I spend so much money there on my nice and comfortable underwear and bras! However, recently I have moved. It wasn’t until this move that I realized that two of my favorite underwear‘s had broken! One was in the wash and ofc I take responsibility for that, but another hadn’t even been washed yet, and it was a brand new maroon colored one! I am so disappointed in the products because I have a few that are almost a year old and have never broken on me. The worst part is, I have worn these underwear and I live somewhere we’re there is no Soma. I am in tears because of this! Recommendation, go back to making your underwear a better way so your not having this happen to your customers!

Great app

I use this app to shop for my wife , she loves this store. Haven’t had any issues so far at all. Smooth , no glitches , just how I like it .
