App is difficult to use at best
Tried to place order a number of times. Got message that the order won’t commit. The wishlist is a joke- doesn’t transfer demographic data AND doesn’t list the US as a country, which is a requirement.

I continue to have trouble with soma web site. It’s never lets me put in my account information to get rewards. Very unhappy with this

Not a pleasant process
Using the website & app, it took over an hour to check out (repeated error messages & restarts). One of the two items in my cart sold out in that time. Obviously, I love Soma products or I would not have put in the last frustrating hour. I am honestly not sure that I would do so again.
Staff
The staff on line hang up or disconnect and do not call you back. They tell you the order won’t go through that the coupon will not work and it does.
Terrible App
Can’t log in until the very end of the checkout process and then you have to re-enter all info (i.e., name, address, credit card number, etc.) that you’ve already entered. I believe that when someone is trying to by something from you, you should make it as painless as possible. I like the product and want to earn points; therefore I chose to proceed with using this app’s very painful process.

Love that Soma has an app but from a technical standpoint, improvement is needed. Logging into my account doesn’t translate to logging in at my shopping cart. Which means I have to log in a second time (after I’ve completed most of my checkout by clicking a tiny check box for my rewards.) Design also poor with text fields overlapping. Soma, you can do MUCH better. This is disappointing.
