Scam Company!
I used this company to purchase a purple mattress and they never sent my order to purple! I called the company to get it resolved since they did take a upfront payment and I’m not receiving anything, we’ll the first person I talked to told me she would refund my money because “ there was a glitch or something “ which is crazy that they can’t just forward it on instead of having me refund and purchase again. Well couple days later I call again because I still have not received my refund or an email to confirm the refund,… to get told that they never submitted a refund. So now I have to wait even longer…. We’ll fast forward it has now been 3 days and still no refund!! But they are continuing to try and charge my account for something that I will not be receiving since it was a “ glitch “ this is a completely ridiculous process for such a small issue to fix. !!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Truly awful app
I have used Katapult a few times and I have always been pleased with the actual service they offer. HOWEVER, I have never had a pleasant experience using their website and the app is even worse. First of all there’s no way to update your address. And so if you are trying to check out somewhere using your correct address, you can’t, you have to put in the address that Katapult has on file for you. But even when I try doing that, the app doesn’t recognize when changes are made and continues to give an error message. What makes this whole process even worse is that you have no idea that it is going to produce an error until you go through the entire process again and then submit it again before it tells you. They should just be able to tell you that as you’re updating it. But that would be much to have an expectation. in trying to contact customer service outside of just calling them is a waste of time. Because their chat feature on their website is useless. The text feature does not work at all.whatitdodreww

Not liking my experience with this company already
I made a purchase to finance headers for my brz on vivid racing, my down payment went through but it ended up saying error. So now I’m I have contract and payments to make for headers but I haven’t gotten no emails about when it’s going to be delivered or anything about confirmation for the headers. I look on order history through vivid racing website and the order is incomplete. Why do I have a contract still and the order didn’t even go through? Validating cart

Locked out due to phone number change
I had to change my phone number and the only way to log in is with your phone . Not even a way to login with email . Can’t email the company either to get this resolved . Tried submitting a ticket but it just says make sure all fields are filled out . They are . I don’t have access to my old number as it’s deactivatedTyBlake 333
