When others say "Decline", Katapult says "Absolutely!" This alone is great, but their customer service is almost always top-notch. Yes, making a Wayfair purchase is a pain, but if you put down the phone, and get on a computer (phone browser won't work), the transaction is a breeze. Just pay it off in 90 days and you won't incur interest. I'm a fan.

The main complaint I have with the app is when you make additional payments. The app doesn’t say hey now your next is good till the next month or so. It shows like even tho you paid extra you still owe me money on that date specified. So your balance will go down but no matter how much u pay extra it’s doesn’t account for it like u paid on the due date it asked for. Just something to keep in mind if your planning on using the app. Other then that everything else worked fine and as intended

However, if you try to use the app to purchase from any of their in app stores then it doesn’t work. You have to go through a verification. The app scans the check out page for your name, address and email however, because there is no where to add your email address on most check out pages when the app scans for it, you get a prompt saying “email is incorrect” although there is no where to put a email address in it. This seems trivial and like a very easy fix however they have neglected to fix this. I have tried their Google chrome extension as well as the app and nothing has worked.

Whatever it may be, these guys can help you, they work with so many company’s to get you what you need. My favorite part is the 90-day early pay off option which saves you a ton of interest charges. Don't fall for the lies of this app. It is a thief disguised under the cloak of legality. Not only do they require personal information like your credit, Social Security Number (SSN), and other details, but they also promote the deception of "no credit needed."
My advice is to stay away from any entity or app that promotes this supposed "no credit needed" policy but still demands your SSN, date of birth, and address. In reality, what they are doing is conducting soft pulls on your credit score without your explicit consent. It's pure garbage!
It is crucial to protect your privacy and be cautious when sharing personal information online. This app not only lies but also invades your privacy by taking advantage of your sensitive data.
In conclusion, this app that disguises itself as honest is the complete opposite: deceptive and untrustworthy. Don't fall for their deceitful tactics and don't jeopardize your privacy.
