Birthday
You don’t need my age. Month and day should suffice. Also, I couldn’t change the birthday that defaulted. Could not change month, day or year. Has anyone there tried it?
Other than that, I love our Ruby Tuesdays. The staff is AWESOME. They deserve raises and store phones and charge card devices that actually work.

App ok, beware of e-gift cards! Had mine emptied after manager on duty took copy!
The app & site are so so, there is t really a “menu” with prices like before the private equity firm took them over and started closing locations. Beware of electronic gift cards. Manager on duty during lunch was unable to refund a few dollars so they gave me cash instead and kept my paper copy to “fix it later”. The card was completely emptied that evening. I’ve left messages on voicemail and their online feedback system and haven’t received a response. Anyone have CEO, Ray Blanchette’s email?iPhoned_

Not applicable in Hawaii. We found that the menu has gone up within the past couple of days. The menu did not mention that mushrooms and onions for the high priced Ribeye steak with mushrooms and onions were not included without extra charges.AO Lifemember
