Probably one of the worst banking apps
I have a Wells Fargo account in edition to my GUCU app and the WF app is far superior than the GUCU app which is always “updating” or doing “nightly maintenance” I actually hate the gucu app with a passion, WF app has so many more features and tools, you can keep track of your credit score and block merchants all within their app unlike the gucu app which is in need of a serious overhaul!Show lessjennfris

I hope they buy everyone a new phone that can support this new update very frustrating to force your clients who keep there money in your bank to spend there money on a new phone in order to get online access to there money if I find out they have stock in apple I will definitely be change if banks very annoying and talk about getting scammed into buying a new apple productShow lessbillzmok

Well, you might’ve thought your update was cute but since I don’t have an iOS 16 or above I can no longer use my mobile app. show thanks for nothing. I’m sure it was as unnecessary as every other software update that I’ve had to experience over the past couple years. you only get one star since I can’t put in any negative numbers. Frustrating
Cannot view/ print on your site “doesn’t support” older computers. It would be VERY helpful for me to have. I could keep much better tracking and flow of my expenditures. I find it pretty ridiculous that I need a newer computer to access this or why you bought a program that just assumes people have them.Show lessPratstr1
New app update doesn’t give accurate balance info
Updated about a week ago and now the app doesn’t include pending transactions in the overall account balance on the main screen anymore so it may cause you to think you have more money than you actually have. You have to click on transactions to see what pending and then subtract what’s pending from the balance displayed. Really annoying! Fix this please!Show lessbjax30013
Impossible to navigate
I was severely disappointed in the new app. You have to dig so deep to find things that were previously quickly found. The transactions don’t show in real time and the balance is not accurate from one screen to another.Pickles Mcgillicuddy

App is ok although I likes how the last one looked more like a check register. It would give amount taken out with a balance. Also I liked seeing when my paycheck was pending. Doesn’t show anymoreLester’s mom
