  • Improvement over the previous app bugs

    The latest app removes the frequent Bill Pay authentication issues however adds frustration when sending M2M payments.

    The latest update doesn’t recognize the decimal point. I found a workaround that requires entering the dollar amount > click away > then entering the change before the 00’s (after the decimal point).

    Bill payments are straight forward but I dislike the default next day options. It would be preferred the calendar appears as a primary or secondary default so users can determine themselves.

  • Disappointed update

    Since the update to new system it is more than frustrating to try to tag and name transactions to keep up with my budget. The old system was so much more easier. Wishing we could go back to old system.

    Love this feature…saves time, gas, very efficient!
  • Change for the worse

    The new update to the app has changed for the worse. I can no longer see the external accounts that I had linked to GUCU making transfers a thing of the past.
    Also the available balance is no longer real time. It takes days before an amount is debited from the account so what I’m looking at as “available” balance is really not what’s available.

  • Much better version

    Thank you Georgia United for a much better app than the old one!
  • Activities all over the place

    Too much going on. I would love to be in charge of paying my bills. I have got bills that has been late paid with this new app. I look at bill pay to make sure everything is in place, I still have late payments.
  • Mobile Deposits - worse than old app

    Never had to retake the scans of my checks to make mobile deposits on the old app, but now I have to retake the picture like eight times. I use good lighting, fit the check into the box, etc. everytime. Very irritating

    I didn’t like the new log in at first , until it was explained to me how it work . I truly love it now !!
  • You’ve made my life impossible

    You made something so simple so complicated. I have no idea what each transaction is unless I stare at it for moments and even then a portion of the information is cut out. Way to go. Probably going to take my money elsewhere if you don’t figure something out soon.

    I do not like any of the “new” features and none of the things I used work. Bill pay does not work, the transactions are much slower and I cannot see all my accounts easily. This has been the worst “update”. If the other version worked I would 100% throw this one in the “trash “.
