Progress takes time!
Can we give time for the app to develop and evolve. Apply for positions of something but don’t be so quick to judge. Everyone said Bitcoin was a scam and cash app was useless and now it’s mainstream and used on a regular basis. Give it time guys! #Blackowned
Almost… Not Quite
The app itself looks good and the features they do offer appear to function properly. HOWEVER, it’s a digital mobile banking app yet doesn’t have a mobile check deposit feature?? My account will have to sit with a $0 balance until they add they feature. My employer’s payroll system does not recognize the routine number so I’m unable to set up direct deposit. I’ll give it some time, but black owned or not, i need mobile check deposit.

Horrible Processing Times
I was excited to bank black but the processing times for transfers, release of holds and many other things is utterly ridiculous. Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service.
Finally
Well I’ve been testing this app out before they put it on the app store. It’s a stable app, but there are a couple of features that would be great to add. A quick view of our balance on the login screen is one feature I would love to see. Another feature is the live chat support in the app so we don’t have to call in for help all the time. I still haven’t seen the check feature. Other then that it’s a great app. ✊🏾
