Taxes come out wrong, funds reset at 8pm, CND funds vs US
As the title says:
Taxes aren’t taken from the receipt but auto calculated from… what?
Funds for the day reset at 8pm? Who decided on that timeline, why not 1am which would make way more sense. Even my grandma goes out for supper and doesn’t get the bill until after 8:30/9pm.
We have an amount to spend in CND funds, why doesn’t the app show it in CND funds?

Mileage
For a salesperson to manage daily activity for mileage is ridiculous
Like other expense cards - AMEX we should be allowed to put a monthly or weekly total mileage and get reimbursed!!!!

Annoying app
Very annoying app. It’s glitchy. SSO doesn’t work and it constantly logs me out so I have to go through 2 factor authentication again
Not impressed
Using this as a part of our company’s expensing system. Bugs out on you when you try to attach a receipt and gave a lot of double counting issues when invoices were addressed through this app. The app and their browser application are not able to support customer in enforcing the rules set by our admin- ie., needing to upload a receipt for each transaction, invoice integration to other platforms etc.,. Customer service is below average. Great software in theory but bad execution.

The slickest business app I've ever used
Honestly sets the standard for usability, among all business products. Makes tedious chores (filing receipts for expense reports) joyful and quick.

Entering a bill for a new merchant is tricky and is not intuitive enough.
Easy to Use
Great app however when you use it on the iPad the keypad is very smallAnd it covers where I need to write which is not good because if I get something wrong I had to go back and change it right away so that’s all I have to say

Helpful and Easy to Use!
Ramp is a 10x better experience for employees than other offerings I’ve used in the past. Love it!
Clunky setup
UI poor. Trying to select categories and accounts presents user with a scroll list that is only one line deep. Very difficult to use.
