Connectivity Issues
The app looses network connect and fails to obtain data regularly; it’s VERY annoying and makes using the VERY expensive vacuum impossible to use! Please fix this!Tatianajanna

Connection errors
Loving the idea of mop and vacuum robot but it always has connection errors and robot is always offline. I’d like this fixed soon before we return our product.Minimiyaaa
Network issues
Not sure why but the robot and base station seems to loose network connection on the app. It is on the safe list on my network. The app itself is easy to use but just annoying that you have to go through many steps to create a schedule.Rony Rockstar
Great app, have room to improve.
App is easy to use and most of the operations are self explanatory, which is nice. Also now they have multiple maps is a great news for people with multi floor house.

Much easy to use after new update.
APP become better and better. One tap and machine will decide how to clean and how many time to clean. I am fan of their auto water exchange system, do not need to change the water any more. Great products. Hopeflly have multiple maps shortly.ashley dyson
Notifications bug
Shows badge says I have multiple notifications in the app but I’ve deleted all messages etc in the app, how can I clear the badge?donald.g5

I love the idea of having a robot help cleaning the house. The App is pretty easy; map customization and setting up schedules are simplehanley rutherford
Easy to set up
The robot maps out my whole house after the first clean and then I can label rooms and even mark zones that I want it to avoid and zones that I want to be able to call it to, and I can then tell it through the app to clean specific rooms or zones. You may be able to get the same features for less in other robots, but I definitely would recommend this one!Show lessGuadalupe_Rias
