  • Great quality - reasonable price.

    I love their Nigri sushi here and especially the salmon and tuna options. I’ve been eating sushi in Gwinnett for about 15 years and this place just opened right near my house at the mall of Georgia compared to the other revolving sushi restaurants in the area. this one is definitely the best.
  • Garbage 🗑️ app keeps freezing & can’t scroll, old one was better

    As others have said this new app is trash 🗑️ 👎 & has *serious* performance issues. On an iPhone 13 + iOS16.X (plenty of processing power!) it would regularly take 5-10 seconds to acknowledge a tap, & when on the menu it would take 30s to scroll because the app blocks till the image below loads, eventually the app would completely lock up 🤦 Old app was better, at least it worked! What’s worse is my local store refuses take an order over the phone saying one has to order via the app to get points. C’mon it shouldn’t be this hard!
  • Horrible app

    Downloaded this app since there is Kura near me now. It worked great the first day I used it, but now that I have points loaded on my profile, it gives me an oops error and nothing loads anymore. Saying there is no internet connection when I have WiFi connection and tried with 5G and still doesn’t work. Horrible app!! You def need to rethink this app.

    I’ve been to an establishment kind of like this in Tyson‘s corner mall in Virginia when I saw this Restaurant was coming to Polaris I was super excited and finally had a chance to get there today. My friend and I had a great experience. The food was delicious. The service & explanations of how it all worked was so helpful. I can’t wait to go back
  • Terrible App

    If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The interface looks pleasing, but trying to load anything takes forever, Not only that, but it reloads the entire page at random intervals, forcing you out of the menu. The menu is also a pain to navigate, as it won't let you scroll down until the image below has finished loading, which is poorly optimized. It took 20 minutes for me to be able to view the whole menu, and that's after an hour of failed attempts from it reloading while I was reading. Garbage app.
  • App gave me brain damage

    i’d rather get ran over than try to order off of the app again. it freezes constantly, making it so you can’t swipe through the whole menu until 20 mins later. it’s built for only the most patient ppl alive. there’s a refresh button for the ordering page but it doesn’t work. if you refresh the app it’ll rid of your entire order and you have to manually add the food in again. worst app i’ve ever used, i used doordash instead.
  • Impossible to use

    Like the title says, it is completely impossible to use the app to order sushi for pickup or delivery. The other low star recent reviews are accurate. It lags unbelievably hard to the point where the screen is completely frozen for 20 seconds at a time and eventually becomes completely unresponsive. Just tried 5 SEPARATE times to order something for my birthday and had to give up completely. Payment will not process through the desktop website either. Complete and utter garbage. Does this restaurant not want money or what?
  • Fix the App~~

    Fix the App~~App is terrible ~~~ Very slow and lags a lot. Ordering on the app took forever because the screen constantly freezes. I don’t like the point system….shows how much money Ive spent and wasted~~lol
    Food is good enough, prices are all right as well. Spider hand rolls are pretty good here~~~
  • App is broken

    The app used to work. Yesterday, after I get into the app, it kept complaining about no network access. So I deleted the app and re-installed from App Store, and now all the app does is to show the splash screen with “loading your experience…” at the bottom and nothing else happens.

    Unrelatedly, on the App Support link in the App Store, it brings me to webpage where I fill in all the details and pick a photo to upload a screenshot, but the submit button constantly brings up error message “How can we reach you? field [sic] is required” and “The Upload Attachment field is required” despite already selecting a photo to upload and all other fields with my contact info are filled in and there wasn’t any field specifically named to indicate “how to reach me”
  • App is TRASH

    This app is TRASH! I loved this place but since converted over to this new app I’ve been unable to log in and migrate my points. I’ve tried calling the store for app support and they told me use the same credentials (which I did), delete the old app (which I did), delete the new app and try again (and did) and nothing worked. I asked if they had any other way for me to join the wait list and they told me no. I refuse to wait 1 hr 30 mins at the store. I have hundreds of points and was a loyal customer. THEY HAVE LOST ME NOW! SMH
