  • Old app worked better

    This app, while pretty, makes it nearly impossible to actually place a pickup order. It takes forever to load the menu, then it’s extremely slow to scroll - then it just stops functioning all together. Please fix this

    The app is incredibly slow, it placed my order at a different location, and sent me 26 emails about the order.

    There isn’t a way, a clear way at least, to add a coupon to an online order.

    A little pricey, I liked the conveyer belt. They had good choices but most were on the menu not many came around on the belt.

    I cannot order or even look at the menu from the app because it’s really slow. When I scroll it will not move till full minute or longer. I also feel like they do not update the menu as often. Items will show out of stock but they have it at the restaurant.

    It was great that the old all allowed you to add your scan code to Apple Wallet. It’s a shame that this functionality was taken away. Please bring it back.
  • Takeout needs upgrade now!

    The restaurant is phenomenal, but the app feels ancient. The takeout option is soooo slow at loading it makes navigating impossible. Japan has no takeout culture, but the USA is all about takeout! More takeout doesn’t mean less of the Kura experience, you just need to cater to two different types of consumers here. If you want to increase sales in America, Kura needs to step up its takeout game.
  • Great food but this new app is complete garbage

    I had 400+ points under my old account. When I Migrated to this new app it brought over those points but with the first receipt I scanned my points went to 17. What why??

    On top of that I made a mistake and didn’t update the year on my birthday and now it says it is going to delete my account because I’m in violation of their TOS and I can’t fix it in the app. My only recourse is to file a complaint.

    This app is garbage, I’ll be calling the restaurant tomorrow to see what I can do to fix this.
  • Quick and helpful!

    I love eating here, especially how every couple of months they change the theme and prizes. I especially love the quick response when I emailed them through the Kura website about my reward points question!
