  • The new app has less functionality than the old app

    Be aware if you have used the previous app and have had two people or devices connected to the same account that this configuration is no longer permitted.

    The downgraded functionality means my wife and I can’t use the same account in the app.

    While it may be harsh to downgrade the app for disabling useful features, this one seems particularly short-sighted on the part of the product team.

    It means we’ll only use the app when we are going together and not when I am going to lunch with co-workers.

    It feels like the product team have no idea how people actually use technology as a family.

    Boo.

    Fix this.
  • Great place!

    I went for the very first time and I loved it. The food is amazing and the place is a whole different experience, and omg the little robot serving water, adorable 👏.
    My server was José, and was super nice, helpful and patience.
    Looking forward to coming back🤗!

    I entered my promo code at checkout but never actually checked out. They marked my coupon as “redeemed” and now I can’t even use the coupon

    Took 15 minutes to download, no WI-FI in Plano store. If you're so forward thinking why no customer WI-FI? At first use no transfer of previous purchases or ability to scan bill (Try Later) Maybe I try later to pay. New and improved Really?
    Lost a good customer over this poor attempt to upgrade.

    Migrated my account with no problem. Love the rewards and the improved location search feature. Nice to see these enhancements.

  • New app issues

    I just downloaded the new app and it’s not sending me the verification email despite email being correct and requesting it at least 5 times. I also don’t see any way to join waitlist. Maybe some new release bugs?
