Rewards points won’t work and there is no customer service option
I’ve been a loyal Dave’s hot chicken customer for years ever since they opened there first location in mass. I’ve finally accumulated enough points for a free Dave’s meal only to encounter an error when I try to order on the app and for the location near me to “not have a scanner for the coupon”. As far as I can tell there is no customer service option for the app only individual locations. Overall very disappointed.

Top Tier Chicken Spot
Been here multiple times, ALWAYS spot on. My only qualm was that my girlfriend (a pescatarian) couldn’t eat anything but sides. The new cauliflower options cleared that up. Now, I can come here even more!
Best chicken, best app
The rewards system isn’t gimmicky. The app never has issues loading or placing my order. Everything is easily customizable. There isn’t an obnoxious amount of upselling after I add an item to my cart. The tip suggestions aren’t skewed or pressuring in any way. Love everything about this app - and food. Thank you!
(The cauliflower bites don’t have the option to ask for no bread and I’m gluten intolerant. That’s my one gripe, but I still love you xoxoxoox)

Manger is a boss
Lonnie is the best manger that Dave’s hot chicken that ever had. He is on a roll. The food was fresh and very delicious. He made our visit an experience that we never forget I enjoyed the customer service and the respectfulness that he was. Lonnie is one in a million and hopefully that Dave’s hot chicken give him a raise and take care of the gentleman. Last but not least Lonnie is the manager that all Dave’s hot chicken needs.

i like daves… but
i’ll take my sweet time placing an order, ordering my daves number 2 double sliders. no slaw, no pickles. add cheese… ummmm, medium heat. then… i add extra stuff, it varies on the different days. today i’m getting cheese fries and a 10 piece order of daves chicken bites. dr pepper (also i gotta clarify its not all for me, i share with my lovely girlfriend of 3 years) now i go through this tedious process every. single. time. and of course, thats not exactly what i’m complaining about… my problem is the payment system. i put my dang ol payment information in and when i click “place order” it says “ERROR!! YOU ARE STINKY AND YOU DO NOT DESERVE DAVES CHICKEN RIGHT NOW! TRY AGAIN!!” and then i have to do it all over again. daves number 2 double sliders, medium spice, no slaw, no pickles, add cheese. daves 10 piece medium spice bites. and SOMETIMES cheese fries. add to my bag, dr pepper. then add payment, place order.. and HOPEFULLY. JUST HOPEFULLY. my daves order will actually go through. thank you daves hot chicken APP!

The App Needs to be fixed ASP
Ever since I made an Account I got logged out of it and I can’t log back in. I tried logging back in to only be told my email is incorrect or the maximum of logins has been reached even tho I tried once. It’s actually been 2 years since this happened and now I can’t get anything which is sad since my older brother and I go when we can

Your Account and Money isn’t safe
Somebody hacked my account through the app and used it to buy $90 worth of food at another location not near me. There is no 2 step authentication or way to protect your cards on file though this app so your information could be compromised like mine was. Also there is no help or support section where I could ask for help when I discovered that somebody ordered using my information at a foreign location

Fantastic Employees & Fresh Food!!
I ordered pick up and had my baby with me, so my hands were really full. One of the fabulous employees offered to open the door for me. Excellent Customer Service! I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I really appreciated her kindness and going above and beyond! The food is always hot and fresh and super delicious!

Food is Awesome, App Missing Essential Special Request Ability
Vegetarian and huge fan of Dave’s NOT Chicken sliders. Had read in an article that Dave’s normally fries the Cauliflower in the same oil as the Chicken tenders, but that you can request that it be fried in the French Fry oil (vegetarian). Right now, there’s no way to make this request in the App, or online, which makes the App and website useless for me.

App failure
Used app once since installing it worked fine . Now all I get is error message credentials not correct!! I have tried multiple times to change password . It reset my password and still get same message. Removed and re installed the app with no change to the problem!!!! Trying to find a way to contact customer other than to review restaurant is a pain. Hopefully they read this and the email I was finally able to get an address for.😡😡😡😡
