Carrington = Pathetic

Carrington fails at everything! Apps, website, customer service, whatever, they are going to be subpar! It’s baffling and sad and after so many years of failing and they STILL cannot get it fixed is beyond me!!! So aggravating! OH, and let’s not forget they have a wall around them so you can never actually speak to someone with a whole mind to share your frustrations with! The only thing that makes them stand up straight and usher in the intelligent people is when you say the magic words….New Loan! I’ve given up!

No useful features

You can not make a payment on the app and you can not update your autopay on the app. The information shared is bare bones. My old loan servicer at least had helpful visuals and graphs and “what if” graphics when you upped your principal payment. Never thought I would say that I am sad Carrington purchased my Mortgage. :(

Hopefully they fix it. They are a huge profitable company and these are features a recent college grad could implement.

New customer transfer

The doesn’t work I’m a new customer and I already have issues with making payments plus some the customer service phone agents were very rude!

Bug fixed

I saw the bug was fixed. Any chance of adding mobile pay?(Apple Pay etc)

Buggy app

I just tried paying with this app it crashed with I submitted my payment. It has a drop down for wallet but has no way to create a virtual wallet. I can’t find a way to enter my banking information with this app version. I’m a system analyst so I noticed buggy sloppy apps.

No loan present

The app said no loan present when I logged in. I found a try again option and everything populated including my bank info. I hope this helps!

Horrible app!!! I can’t get logged in to make payment and now it’s late and I guarantee you that I’ll be charged a late fee because their app is insufficient!!! A joke!!!

The worst

I’ve been trying for the last hour to make a payment. The old site won’t let me pay told me to download the app and it tells me can’t accept payment then I call to make payment on the phone and it can’t found my account what a joke.

Nee app stinks

Terrible app shows NO information for my account. Logged in and out several time NOTHING! Appears no one is having any luck with it. Please get it together. The reason for the app is that I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO CALL!

Fire your app developer

The app lets me login but then doesn’t have any of my information in it. It looks like the wireframe of an app rather than an app that’s supposedly complete. You need to fix this yesterday.

Follow-up:
It has my info now, but I can’t find a place to adjust my auto pay. I need that. Tell me where to find it or get it added.

Other mortgage company apps show visualizations of a breakdown of where your dollars have gone YTD and prior year. Add that. They also have the ability to model out scenarios of what a one-time additional principal payment of X amount or recurring additional payment of X amount will do, e.g. reduce interest or number of payments by X amount. I would like that added.
