  • Latest Update Fixed Problem

I have been a loyal Splash ID (and other Splash Products) since the Palm Treo days. A recent update reverted the app to a trial version which required payment at the end of the trial period. This update fixed that. Thank you.

Update: the updated App requires me to pay $20 to access my passwords. I already paid for this App and I should be able to see my passwords without paying.

Update 2: The developer helped me resolve the problem and the app works well now. I now need to pay a small annual fee which is not preferable but appears to be common with this type of app.

  • Developers should focus on performance instead of new features

Starting the app getting more and more painful, with long waits and crashes, requesting passcode instead of TouchID.... As a user with lifetime licence for wifi sync, I strongly question why the app (IOS and desktop) still requires internet connection for login and hangs or crashes at slightest connection problems (while works fine in off-line mode - as long as one does not need to sync of course).

  • Declining Support

I’ve used this product for years with relative success although it can be kinda clumsy at times. I have had the cloud sync before but I’m more hesitant to continue seeing all the hacks that happen on a regular basis. I always seem to get the emails asking and frankly pushing me to signup for cloud sync but since the iOS 11 update, my application will not allow me to add or edit any records whatsoever. I’ve written several times and hoping to see some kind of update so I can get into my password keeper. It would be nice if you guys could keep us up to date as to what’s happening and when we can expect to see a fix for snow broken application!! So for now, I will not be buying you cloud sync option or multiple device option you keep pushing my way. At least not until you fix your software.

  • Used to be very good.....

First starting using this product with a palm pilot back in the day. Stayed with the App over the years and very pleased. Now it appears that you buy a lifetime licence then another “lifetime” lifetime licence very soon after. Not compatibility and other issues ...... time to move on, there are better APPs around. No IOS 11 support - did Apple surprise them with the IOS 11 release ?

  • *Kinda* broken update?

EDIT: Having shut down and restarted my iPhone and iPad things seem to be okay, so if your device has not been shut down recently and you are also unable to get the app working I would strongly advise that course of action. However, this is not good to see this issue all the same.
Upon updating to v8.1.6, the app would crash on startup on both my iPhone 5c and iPad 4. Local syncing has been inconsistent also. Both devices are also running the latest version of iOS as of writing this (10.3.3) so I'm fairly sure there's nothing more I can do on my end.
If this behaviour continues this may be a real problem as I am fairly dependent on this app to store my ever increasing database of logins and other sensitive info; and it's a real shame as this is the first instance I've had any serious issues with this app and up until now I would have highly recommended it for someone looking for a program to securely store digital records

  • Indispensable

If you want to be able to access all your account numbers, passwords, private information, etc. from your phone or from any computer anywhere, this is your app.
  • Great App for saving passwords & pins

Great app. Web version is fantastic.
  • SplashiD

Having had many PC password programs and Apps over the last 30 years I have been in I.T. It has been fantastic to find one that not only WORKS, But is simple to use across all my devices. The Data held within this package can be tailored to any requirement and with my memory now failing to remember the hundreds of passwords I have across websites etc, its a must for everyone

  • Great App

Have been using it for years. I like that they keep developing and improving it too.
  • Great app

As below, and still very happy with this app.
The iPhone (3, 4, 5 and now 6) is the 3rd product I have used this app since mid-2000's, includes Palm and Sony Ericsson. Always found it a valuable tool to allow me to use multiple passwords and know I can find them if I forget!
