Upgrade
After an upgrade we were only given options to be seated separately. My wife suffers from flying anxiety and being seated separately would have really raised her anxiety and after paying additional fees we were not happy at all, so i called the airline and spoke to a really nice and helpful guy who listened and managed to get us sat together. The relief on my wife's face said it all. Thank you for listening and assisting. Fab service
