I have spent 2 weeks trying to book flights with Cathay Pacific to Philippines online - It has been so difficult and the internet connections are slow and fail or just don’t go into the next link. I’ve now booked my tickets via an agent and upgraded to premium economy flights as I get achy leg syndrome and am up and down during the flight. I usually get the two side by side window seats, however there was no way of checking seat status prior to booking as the web site kept freezing and I had to take a chance. Now I find, despite paying for the upgrade, there are no premium economy seats on 4 of the 6 connecting fights, and the two that do have it have no good premium economy nor extra leg room seats left, only two centrally located ones which defeated the objects stated above! Now I am very frustrated but stuck with the 3 connecting flights to Palawan from London for my partner, with not 1 Seat that suits my requirement!Show lessAlliFrankd
