Need Wi-Fi !!!!
I use the app almost exclusively for checking myki balances. Activity is a day behind so not very useful.
And not everyone has mobile data, making everything else pointless. Now if bus stops (and maybe even busses, as some private ones do) had Wi-Fi, that would be ideal.
After all, they already have power for the advertising signs, right? And busses are all networked already, or the system would collapse, so why not go that last step?Show lessWantWiFi
Bad app
PT app shows wrong train times, for example, this morning 19-9 the app said Werribee train arrives at Laverton train station at 8.47am. One of the staff at Laverton train station looked at the station’s train timetables and told me mentioned train arrives at Laverton train station at 8.40am.richie_melb
Nothing matches up
It’s slow, services could be cancelled & this won’t be updated, nothing matches up with the Melbourne PT system. What’s on Melbourne Metro vs the stations vs this app, it’s all pot luckFjishfund
It’s not quite as bad as I thought it was
I had given this app one star, but eventually I have found some useful information from it regarding the “smart bus” routes. However it took a lot to find it.
I still think the number of 5-star ratings is suspicious though.Bob from AU
Payment issues- useless
Fix the ability to pay via Apple Pay!! It says payment failed, tried multiple cards…User123459862
Too often not reliable
When it’s working it works well but for me it is unreliable enough to only give it two stars. Especially showing bus times . Just this morning it was showing the arrival times that were wildly out of sinc and erratic. Had to get in the car. Sheesh.Blu-hand
