Difficult to navigate the interface
It’s not a parent how to do anything with the app.
Buttons are poorly labelled no captions.
This is consistent though with the interface for the Nas itself. It’s unfortunate that a more conventional interface couldn’t of been used like HTML five or something similar.LGCanada

Can’t change player device.
When first installed I was allowed to select the device to play on. I am not able to change this now. This is important because I would like to control my home audio systems.Polliwog93
Great music app
I use this exclusively for my personal music collection on the go. The only thing that would make it better is CarPlay support!Fabninja

Big Bug
Listen, it’s a great app. I use it to listen to music all the time and have little problems. But, lately, a REALLY big bug has surfaced and has not been fixed. Clicking the “play next to current” button, which conveniently allows the track to play after the one you’re currently listening to, makes the whole app crash. Just that button, but it’s a very important button. If you click on it, regardless of the song, or situation, your app will go down. Needs updating for 11inch iPad Pro...!
I use this a lot and despite its flaws find it very useful. But I can’t stand the fact that it looks smaller on my new and very expensive iPad Pro than on my old iPad. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.Slowcatty

Aging audio app / needs upgrades
DS Audio is my default go to Music app. All my devices can access the whole music library from anywhere as long as there is internet available. This is great.
Now the app hasn’t been updated for a while and it deserves many upgrades.
I think of the following:
- an easy way to scroll through a song,
- A landscape mode,
- scrolling titles when they are too long to be displayed
- display of the year of the song/album,
- capability to create playlists and smart playlists,
- advanced search function (eg combination of year range, genre and rating),
- a search that is not case sensitive!!!!,
- possibly artwork caching to reduce data transfers.
