  • Login sucks

    After the update whenever I launch the app i get session expired error and the new login now is done via browser which is a major step back. i can’t use Face ID to login anymore.

  • Automatically change language to France

    It changes the interface language into Franch automatically at the first launch time and no options can be use to change language to English . I’ve try sereral times!

    when you open this app, Rogers is asking you to share your data to sell your data and make profit out of it.
  • Billing issues

    I have multiple accounts with Rogers. For the past two months I’ve been unable to pay my internet/cable bill. I keep getting an error message which is highly annoying. I have to call in to pay it over the phone. I can still pay my cell bill. Which is why I gave it 2 stars. Fix and upgrade your app features Rogers! It’s an inconvenience for a one- stop shop app!
