  • Never show how much data is left

    Must be by design so you go over. Terrible app. Shame on you rogers

    So far, I have enjoyed their service but some of their employees need retraining.

    The app is alright, but it would be great if the app was able to track the data usage instantly rather than having a 12 hour delay.

  • Can’t pay bill...

    Really frustrating that the app has been under maintenance for the past 5 days not allowing me to pay my bill. I don’t have this account setup in my online banking because it’s always been the best option to pay in the app. Please fix ASAP!

    Thank you for sharing the app experience. The maintenance error usually means the app is already running in the background for too long and unable to establish a fresh session with the server. You can quickly close the app from the background before launching should result in better results.   • Much better but alerts need help

    I like the latest rendition. But I should be able to set an alert for any number. Not just an alert at the end of my regular data amount but also my promo data etc. What good is an alert that can’t alert me when I’m at 300 megs left for the month? Is it a corporate trap to encourage overages?
  • Good but needs more work

    Every now and then for some reason it logs out .... I have to sign in again over and over again. Been this way for about the last 3 years.
  • Crashes constantly on authentication

    Any login within app crashes every time even after update. Awful and wretched experience this tortuous app is. Rogers stop sucking so badly!!!

  • Unfairness

    That’s very unfair that prepaid customers cannot use the app. I was living in many countries in my life, and because of this, I’ve got many phone numbers, but I’ve never experienced such a discrimination like this. What if I do not wanna get a contract cause I’m a student? Or what if my daughter wanted to check her remaining data? A 12 yrs old girl won’t use contract... very sad thing. But I’m still positive that the developer’ll read these reviews, so it’ll be fixed.

  • Don’t like

    I much preferred the old app that allowed me to see all my services at a glance, which was somewhat seamless. This app only allows me to see the usage of my phone, seems like you’re going backwards with this one.
