  • Awful and Useless

    I have been getting and error message for months that “there is a problem and we are working on it”. Get your act together Rogers. Since when does it take 4 months to fix a bug in the app that tells me my data usage. I had a support ticket closed saying “the problem is resolved” as well. Worst service ever.

    Andrew, having the same issue for 4 months without a resolution must be beyond frustrating at this point. The fact that you were notified it was resolved when it wasn't doesn't help matters either. We've like to take a close look at this for you and ensure its resolved once and for all.   • Worthless

    Designed only for the iPhone, will not rotate for the tablet.

    Provides minimal information. I tried to find out my data usage for last month, not available. Navigation is confusing and, to my eyes, poorly designed. This app was not ready for release.

    I don’t see any reason to keep this on my ipad and am uninstalling it. I wanted an app like this for my ipad and iphone, because checking data usage is important to me. But I need something that is more useful than irritating.

  • Terrible

    This is the perfect app if you don't want to see up to the minute data usage... or see anything regarding your account, frankly. IF I manage to navigate to the section that shows my account information/ data usage (which crashes about 95% of the time), it shows out of date information. It shows that I have data remaining when, in fact, I have already gone over half a gig! And now I'm stuck with the overage cost. Thanks, Rogers for this POS app. I guess I'll just have to visit your website. Too bad that shows out of date information too. But at least it doesn't crash :/

  • Frustrating

    Just installed and when I sign in it keeps signing me out and prompting to sign back in. I thought the website with frustrating with pages not loading so I tried the app but it's even worse.
  • Slow

    App is fine but works so slow I'd rather take the time to get out my laptop, start it up, and sign on there. Also function-ability is awful.
  • Very disappointing

    Cannot log into my account. The user id password prompt goes into a perpetual loop.
  • UNABLE TO LOGIN

    Always back to the login screen.
  • Not iPhone 6 friendly

    The app never goes beyond the login screen really. It seemingly signs you in, opens the next page then bounces one back to the login page! Seriously, was the Apple version actually tested on an iPhone 6 before releasing it on the Apple Store? One star; for at least theoretically trying to create an Apple app. Too bad. Looked like it could've been really useful if it was fit for purpose.
