  • Under maintenance

    Has been like this for weeks... tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same message... perhaps get a new tech team in this.

  • App is always “under maintenance”

    Can’t get the info I need because the app says it’s undergoing maintenance all the time. Doesn’t matter when I open the app!

    Buggy and slow. Exactly what you’d expect from a bloated monopoly holding an entire country hostage.

    2. No log off option . Even I checked many places, could not find log off.

  • Unsolved glitch

    I’ve been using the Rogers app for a while to pay my bills but 95% of the time that I want to pay my bill (cuz I finally can!) the app doesn’t work. It rarely ever lets me enter the security number at the back of my card. It rarely ever works (emphasis on “rarely”). I wish I was exaggerating. I used to not mind; I would turn off and on my phone, close the app, download it on my iPad, redoubled it on my phone, and just try to somehow temporarily fix the problem but now I’m tired. I’ve been using this for 2 years and they still have not figured out a way to fix a simple bug. It’s hard to believe that they probably have a whole software department designing these online services and they can’t fix this. I could probably get my little brother to code fix this instead. Fix it!

    You guys should be more flexible to customers not until they decidedto leave you guys then you start calling up and down for cheap offers .

  • Not happy with this app at all!!! Fix it

    Awful app. Hard to navigate. Not user friendly at all. Hard to set up. Figure it out. It’s been like this for years. The service is also too expensive. Ohh, and the tech support isn’t friendly at all. Very stubborn and not willing to respond to simple requests. Should be zero stars. I’m trying to use the app now and it’s down for maintenance. What a joke!!!
