    Apparently this app only supports pride now so I no longer want to give them business. Developer response claims they are inclusive to everyone but did not explain why they only openly support this pride garbage and nothing else such as Christianity. Not inclusive at all

  • One star is generous

    Deleted the app till June is over, and seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. A Pride flag icon for the month should be optional, not imposed on PAYING CUSTOMERS.
    JUNE IS INDIGENOUS MONTH. EVERY CHILD MATTERS.

  • I can’t even get into the app

    It keeps asking me for my account number I don’t even have account number… it was very nice that I received dog tags for my baby but I can’t even use the app

  • Awful experience with Fido

    Avoid using Fido at all costs, the customer service is appalling, they regularly put the phone down and you have to request another callback which usually takes at least an hour. Won’t fix a problem that they don’t want to deal with.
    And today they can’t even provide a service.

  • Why to make things complicated?

    It was amazing when it was simple. Way too much information now. And when you’re going to remove the LGBTQWERTY flag from the icon? I feel ofended with that. I don’t suport this cause and I should be respectfed for that…

  • Bug in mobile app v 4.16.0, I can not login in my account!

    Bad developers! Fix it asap when updated to new version this fido app, i cant login into my account!

  • Login every time I open app?

    Ever since updating to version 4.14.0, the app prompts me to login each time I open the app. Prior versions of the app for the last 10 years never required this. I frequently check my usage and this added step just delays opening the app and is now less time efficient. I’m all for improvement but this is not an improvement, just a slower experience now. Please revert back to previous app experience.

  • Does not work

    my iphone 7 will not accept the update and I am unable to access the app. so I have not been able to use the 'extra hrs of data for two months. etc

  • App has been under maintenance for 2 days

    I want to activate the 5 extra hour feature but can’t since the app has been under maintenance for 2 days. I have to spend my current data. There’s no other way to activate it anywhere else either. Clearly shows how reliable Fido services are when they can’t even fix their own app in 2 days
