Hey there! At this time real-time data usage is only available on eligible plans (Pulse plans, talk plans, talk & data plans). For data-only plans the 12 hour delay still applies. Hope this helps! :) - NickGreat and helpful customers

Developer hard to reachHave an iPhone 8 and it keeps crashing
Just downloaded the app and well... it keeps crashing, as in I can’t open my Fido account on it at all. Every time I type in my verification code it unexpectedly closes, I somehow doubt it’s my phone as I got it about 3 weeks ago but it’s a slight possibility I guess.
