  • Ok but Glitchy

I’ve been using Photo Transfer for years to get vids and photos off my iPhone - been driving me bonkers for 2 years with the amount of clutches and how many times I have to plug I ply the cable - sometimes it quick but sometimes I lose patience with it .

  • Don’t hesitate - do this!

Have spent probably six working days over the last two weeks trying to download 6000 photos off my phone, and successfully manage to get 2000 from phone to pc, with multiple bugging, unplugging and replugging and having to copy those I thought had already moved and general all round frustration, I should have downloaded this app sooner! In less than four hours and with one lone click, my photos smoothly transferred easily to my hard drive. AND I can now also easily upload from my underwater camera to my phone to post my pics easily on social media. Glad I discovered you. My phone now has zero photos and I will sleep deep and satisfied for the first night in ages... feels GOOD!!!!!!

  • Amazing App!

Such a great application. Cleanly designed and easy to use. I was able to connect my phone to my computer seamlessly and transfer my images with very little effort. I now have more phone storage which was the ultimate goal ✔️

Thank you to the team for your excellent customer support. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Brilliant App

I have been using this App for a couple of years now to transfer photos from my iPhone to my PC. The reverse transfer is also possible but I’ve never felt the need to make a transfer in this direction. The App couldn’t be easier or simpler to use and the transfer process is lightning fast. In fact I can’t think of a single negative and would recommend this App to anyone who needs to transfer photos between their phone and their PC or laptop.

  • Best App to Import to PC

This app is a fantastic one to import photos from my iPhone to PC and external hard drive, and it is worth its price in terms of quality of software and result of transfers. It’s easy to use wirelessly and it allows the option to save to files to computer directories and keep original and edited versions of images as well (great features).

    Three cons:
    - the largest amount of photos I can reliably transfer is 400 at a time
    - images can be converted to JPEG and transferred or transferred as HEIC, but there is no option to do both.
    - after the third or fourth transfer, I have to close and re-open the software on both my PC and iPhone or else I get an error message halfway through the following transfer

5 star app as it is, but addressing the points above will make this app unbeatable.

  • Life Saver

This app is a life saver. Apple is so wack with transferring photos from iPhone to pc. I went through circles trying to upload photos until I found this app. Literally a life saver. All you have to do is download the app and you can select your media and it uploads to your laptop ! It was so easy and downloaded faster than I expected. This is fast and efficient and great for longer videos

  • Don’t waste your money

I’ve used this app for well over six years. It worked well when it was free, but recently I tried to use it the way I always had, and I was told I would have to upgrade to the “Pro” version for $6.99. Because I already knew how it worked, and it had worked well, I paid for the upgrade. It didn’t work. IT HAS NEVER WORKED. Messages from the developer gave me increasingly convoluted paths to using the app, and still nothing worked. Finally, I asked for my money back, and was told they can’t do that; only Apple can do that. Apple said they couldn’t refund my money because I’d gone beyond the 60-day period for such things. I pointed out that I had worked in good faith with the developer, and that the app had never, not once, worked for me. They shrugged. I’ve lost my money.

    Developer Response

Hello! Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry your experience with the Photo Transfer App is not as you have expected. We would like to confrim you that our iOS app PRO version has never been free. You have limited features on the free version (up to 10 photos transfers with medium quality) since the app was created 10 year ago. Developers dont have acces to any credid card information of the users, so it is correct that only Apple can do a refund according to their refund policy. We kindly advise you next time to contact support directly when you are not happy with your purchase to avoid waiting when 60-days period established by Apple finishes. Our appologies for any inconvience it may cause you. Kind regards, the Photo Transfer Team
  • Made it all work!

This app saved my marriage! We got new iPhone 11’s, and we could not transfer pictures properly from the phone to our PC. We tried all the troubleshooting suggestions from Apple and Microsoft. Nothing worked. Only a few, if any pictures would transfer at a time.

I found this app. It worked! It worked the first time and every time since. All our pictures now get transferred to the PC regularly and backed up. If you’ve been beating your head against the wall dealing with slow or non existent transfers, get this app!

  • Recent ug to 7.4 fails

To function. Wont even open or respond. No change on my ios 12.6.
  • Finally a solution that works

I have been so frustrated with the Windows Photo software transfer. It would transfer like 2 photos and then disconnect. This app flat out works. You want to transfer photos and video to your PC ? This does it in 100 file batches ad it’s fast ! You have to download Sidon your PC. As long as your phone and pc are on the same wireless network it detects your phone and prompts permission. Then it detects all your photos overall and by album. View 100 file page, select all and download. It prompts you for a folder selection. After the first 100 it defaults to the last file location to confirm you want them in the same place. Only improvement would be for them to increase the batch sizes. $7 to be able to transfer in original definition. They have to make their money. Well worth it given the frustration I have had with other apps. Simple and well done.
