  • Download and delete feature works great

I’ve tried about six different apps to be able to easily transfer my pictures from my iPhone. None of them worked well. Photo transfer on the other hand worked as billed. I especially liked The download and delete feature. I was able to clean up my camera library and off load thousands of pics in a few hours!

  • Just the best!

This is a great app ... does exactly what it’s name suggests ... transfers photos from my iPhone (and iPad) to my Windows laptop. Had a problem recently (I guess due to an upgrade of the iOS I’d done) ... sent a brief message to support explaining the issue ... they acknowledged within 12 hours ... and had a fix within 36 hours ... how good is that! Don’t stuff around with the free version ... just buy the PRO version and use a great app the works a treat.

  • An essential app

I acquired this incredibly useful app in 2011 and it has proven to be essential tool for me. It functions smoothly and efficiently and is easy to understand — though I’m probably only using a few of the numerous features that it has! I recently had an issue and contacted the app’s customer support and was surprised and impressed — I got an immediate response and solution.
This company is very noble and trustworthy.

  • Great app

I have used this app for a number of years and really like it. It makes it so easy for me to copy photos from my iPhone to my laptop. But what I like even more is the tremendous customer service the company provides. I’ve had a couple of questions and each time received a quick reply and, more importantly, a reply that was helpful to me.

  • This method just works

I have been trying to transfer photos from my IPhone to the PC for days now with the standard photo app on the PC. I was having many connection issues and when it did connect it would transfer from 4 to 50 photos before losing connection. This app is flawless in transferring photos it works really well.

  • Outdated Application

Do not waste your time on this app. I don’t even know why it exists, doesn’t look like it has been updated since before Apple took away the option for users to sync photos in iTunes.

Same as the built in Windows transfer tool, if you are using iCloud for photos in any way, even just to host shared albums, this app will crash if you try to use it. Aside from that, it only loads 100 photos at a time, does not have radial buttons or an easy way to select them and offers no means to easily organize and track which photos you have already transferred. The interface isn’t even in HD.

  • Life saver

I recently ran out of storage because of how many photos I have. I have been trying to sync my phone to my computer for years using the windows software and iTunes and nothing has worked. It has been a huge struggle with no storage but thankfully this app was able to sync my photos perfectly to my computer

  • Does it decrease the Quality of the video?

  • Makes IOS to PC Transfer Painless

For years I’ve been using Windows “Import” facility to get photos & videos from IOS devices. As storage on IOS devices has grown this has gotten more precarious. Often there is a glitch in the USB connection. Then there is bother of connecting cables.
This app solves all those problems. It provides a wireless or cable connection and provides a really nice GUI with lots off options. The transfer works flawlessly; EXIF metadata is preserved.
After trying out the free version, i found it worthwhile to upgrade to the full version.
    BTW, the transfer is bi-directional.
I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

  • Photo Transfer App

I downloaded this App to transfer pics from my iPhone 11 to my PC via lightning cable. We have very slow internet/wifi where we live. Most Apps like to use Wifi to transfer photos so I was glad to see an App that lets you use a cable to transfer. This App does work and it’s interface is user friendly. It has limitations that are worth sharing. You can only download 400 pics/vids at one time. For someone that has thousands of pics on my phone this is time consuming. The other problem I ran into at least with my setup is that once you download 400 pics and try to download more, the App hangs up (error message) and you have to close out everything and reopen. I submitted this problem to the Developer hoping they address this “major issue”. I would give it five stars if you could download more than 400 pics at one time and if the App wouldn’t time out once you download more than 400 pics. For an App that costs money, I believe these two issues should be addressed!
