  • It’s ok but ignored when asked about compression

Overall good app but beware it still does compress your files. Due to the new Apple file types for photos and videos, the resolution and bitrate will decrease once you have transferred them. When I asked customer service about this they advised me of an alternative method which did increase the resolution and bitrate but was still compressed albeit less than using the desktop app.

When I challenged customer service on this again they have just completely ignored me, so think I have slightly exposed them, so please BEWARE of this before downloading!

  • Great app

Great photo transfer app that actually works. I use it from my iPhone to my windows PC. Of course they have a premium option to transfer photos for higher quality (which you have to pay for) but they have to make money somehow. Besides when I transfer the free way the pictures and videos still come out great. Thank you for making a great app

  • Great app!!

Read the directions and take your time and you will be very pleased with the results. Used iPhone 11 Pro max and an older Dell xps 7900 via wifi. Took a while to figure wifi was better than USB bc that enabled on the fly conversion from proprietary format to jpg. Will now use photoshop to carefully review results but so far big shout-out to the developers. Thanks! btw, we are approaching 80 and if we can do it so can you.

  • Easy to use

So easy- select and walk away does everything I need and so quickly- recommended to lots of friends
  • Love “Transfer App”!

Easy, quick, and user friendly. I can quickly send my favorite phone photos to my PC for filing, editing and printing. Have recommended, and will continue recommend, to friends and family. We have a large Camera Club in our community and I gladly share the App information with others.
  • Good downloading app

At first I didn’t think this app worked at all, because the downloading doesn’t show the progress very well when you’re downloading large amounts. It will look like it’s stuck on one picture for forever. But! If you are patient, it actually is downloading everything. It only worked for me when it was plugged in, and it did have a couple quirks I had to work through, but at this point I gotta say it was totally worth it!

  • Doesn’t work and there is. I support

I connect my iPhone to my windows 10 computer and select anywhere from 1 to 100 photos to download. Have done this more than a dozen times. Have yet to have a single photo actually transfer to my desktop. Maybe I’m impatient, but it seems like 20 minutes to transfer a single photo means it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money (I have done both). When you click on help you get a graphic screen that cycles thru itself. There is no support. I tried to go from my browser rather than thru the app, but the internet comes back with it is not able to find the web address you are given. Total piece of crap.

  • Overall Fair, But Crashes Repeatedly

Basically works, but only allows 400-file “pages” to be copied at a time, forcing multiple operations to download a heavily used phone (4000+ images). The big annoyance is that the app often crashes, forcing a restart of the entire current 400-file page since there’s no way to tell where it crashed; the app just vanishes from the iPad display and must be restarted. Each page might take 2 to 5 restarts, taking time while the app figures out file-by-file what has already been copied. Been sitting here for hours trying to copy my iPad images to a Windows PC.

    10 out of 10.
Was working great , but then I couldn’t pair my iPad and Samsung phone so I could not transfer, Enrique to the rescue.
Over 2 days he and me tried things, Now it works like a dream again, I just love this app.

    Developer Response

Hi! Glad to hear the app is working well again!!! If you could update the rating of the app we would really appreciate it!! Thanks!!
  • Bloody marvellous

Had it on my iPad3 and iPhone4 years ago and it was okay but a little bit hit or miss so I stopped using it. Unlike many apps it did survive an upgrade to iPad6 and saved the day when I was able to recover and transfer 300 very important photos from within an app that Apple kindly rendered obsolete. Photo Transfer app worked like a dream, fantastic, so fast and reliable, everything now safely stored in iCloud. Now for sure it is my app of choice whenever I need to transfer photos between any of my devices. Thank you x 1m.
