Great app
This is worth paying for. I have been using for ages as so simple to use. Just got new iPhone 11 and was confused to see that the files are in funny HEIC format that my PC couldn’t open- but then found that in Photo Transfer App there’s an option to transfer to PC as JPEG. Brilliant - but I would suggest you put information about that on your website to help us non techy people! I think the one star reviews must be for the free version but if you pay for it, you won’t be disappointedShow lessDTvy
Wonderful and easy to use
I am NOT tech savvy. Not one bit. But this app has completely made it easy and convenient to transfer photos from my phone to my laptop. I’ve never been able to have success w iTunes or plug my phone directly to the laptop. This is so easy. Simple and fast. And I take a lot of photos. This is a must have if you want to organize and save photos!Show lessbkayleew

Soooo Frustrating!!
This could have been an amazing app. There were several things I liked about it. But there is nothing more irritating than attempting to use an app and get a feel for it when it is constantly hounding you to purchase the upgraded version! I haven’t even completed a single transfer and the pop-ups begin informing me of all of the features I cannot use unless I purchase their Pro version!! And as I continued to use the app the pestering got more frequent and more frustrating! I make it a point to NEVER spend a dime on any app that doesn’t allow me to use their product without attempting to pressure me into giving them my money. Just build a product WORTH paying for and allow people to get used to your app before even asking them to upgrade! Keep your app. There are many more that do the same thing for free. I am happy to use one of those! And if they have a good product and don’t try to force me into an upgrade, then those are the ones who are much more likely to get my money!Show lessRedHeadsRule711

I was looking for something that would transfer my pictures from my iPhone to my home computer because I could not seem to get windows to do it correctly...
it has taken a little finagling to get where I want but this app works wonderful, download both phone and computer software, make sure BOTH devices are on the same WiFi network, open both computer software and phone software... click discover devices and pick your phone... it then lists all your pictures... and click and transfer... my phone is iPhone 8 so the files are HEIC files.. so I downloaded a conversion app on my windows PC and convert them to JPG and can use them for eBay or whatever I want... you can also delete from your phone after downloading... thanks guys... and YES I paid the $6.99 for the app considering what it does to be worth it...

OH MY GGGGGG, 2 days of trying to transfer!!!
So I never leave reviews. But I am going to for this app. I am *extremely* frustrated because this app is continuously freezing, and unable to transfer pics and videos from my iPhone to my computer. I have literally been working for two days straight to try to transfer. I have repeatedly unplugged/reset/prayed and wished upon a Star for a magical answer to simply transfer my photos and videos, without this app crashing or freezing. I am on day two (literally over 14 hours into this now) and I am ready to pull my hair out because this is SO flipping frustrating!!!!!!!!
Great app, only WHEN or IF it decides to work. When it’s not working every other 5 mins or so, it’s the worst app ever. Take your pick, and if you do download it, you better have the patience of a saint to deal with this seriously glitchy app. 🥺Show lessTheponygirl

One very important advice is to make sure you have your devices as close as possible to your wifi router as this dramatically improves transfer speed and avoid network problems which is usually the root cause of transfer slowness or network interruptions. Please send us an email with information about your setup: what device and iOS version you are using and what is the computer you are using so we can provide any tips we have for your use case. Yes, I use this app often, clearing my iPad to an external hard drive. Always improving. I use the free version and find it all that I need. Easy to use. Help given when required.Rosalaya
Works great for me
I have found this app to work very well. I’m downloading from an iPhone xs onto a Microsoft computer. I have my phone plugged into the computer USB through which the transfer is done. You can also transfer by Wi-Fi but I have not used this feature.
You have to open up the Transfer app on the iPhone and also open up the application on the computer. Once they are both open and you select your iPhone it shows the first 100 photos in whatever folder you’ve select from the program running on the computer. Rather than it’s attempting to download your entire photo video library from your iPhone or other device, it downloads them in a lock of 100 at a time. There is a drop-down that allows you to select groups I’m files in intervals of 100.
It will let you upload to the iPhone or download from the iPhone phots and video. It’s very quick for me, although that could be a function of Internet connection I suppose. It also gives you the option to delete the photos from your iPhone, and iPhone pops up a message to confirm before deleting.
It allows you to see 99 items at a time. I’d give this five stars except that, after you download a block of 100 photos it then returns you to the first photo in the folder. I’d much rather have it return me to the next block of 100 images so that I can continue my downloading rather than my having to navigate back to that particular block of photos.

Brilliant app and great support
Great app, had so much problems transferring photos from my iPhones to my Mac using apples default software, absolute nightmare. Then I downloaded this great app, easy to use, quick transfer of photos to my Mac book. Had to contact support for a quick question and had excellent support.
