Bad directions and impossible to get a refund?
I called customer service and asked for a refund and they want receipts of where I ended up parking? What kind of policy is that? The fact is I never parked and I would think with todays technology they could easily tell that the pass they gave me was never scanned. I want my money back!

I like the old app
Edit: I used to be able to see the pictures of the rate and the entrance of the lot now they are gone and you can only see how much your parking would cost by putting in different lengths of time to try. Bad move on the developer side.

Since ParkWhiz does not own or operate the locations, it is at the their discretion to charge for extra time outside the booked timeframes as we can only guarantee our rates for the timeframe listed on the pass. If your system does not allow you to check QR then you really need to make sure if that parking lot reserves my spot. Two places on the same day at the same time had problems!! Your system has problems and customers are suffering. If you are not sure if the spot is guaranteed, you should not take money. It was hard to find contact info to begin with. Also when I first contacted the customer service, no one told me about 14 days rule. They told me to provide other info and wait. After 1 month I got an email about 14 day rule.

Garages Can’t Be Counted On To Honor Reservations
The support team at Best Parking is great: they issued an immediate credit. But if you need a committed spot you can count on, you might want to book directly with the garage managers on their own apps (sadly at much greater cost).
