Love the credit union, love the app.
Everything about it is easy to use, i can get my routing number without needing to have physical checks. Talk to customer service via messages, they stay linked to my account. I can manage multiple checking/savings accounts, I’ve literally never had a bad experience with this app and that says A LOT to me. I recommend TCU and their app to anybody who asks.

Mostly Good
What app couldn’t use any upgrades? Seriously though, I’m satisfied with the TCU app. Statements are easy to find and easy to read as well. The only thing I wish could be better is that savings and checking account would be listed on a separate page from say a personal loan so that way a person wouldn’t get them confused. All in all a good app to use and I would highly recommend using it if you band with TCU.

Banking Made Easy!
I absolutely love the convenience of being able to bank at anytime; whenever and wherever I go, including traveling out of state on vacation. I can transfer money into any account, especially my children’s accounts when any emergency arises, and I can scan and deposit checks right from my phone into my account. Having the ability to do almost everything that I would normally go into the bank to do, is simple now, and it makes life so much easier for me!!! ☺️

Not bad at all
I’ve been using this app for quite a long time now, roughly 4-5 years, and I’ve not really had any problems with it. Does what it’s supposed to, allowing me to transfer funds, give notifications if someone tries to log into the account, and just check on pending transactions. As someone whose always keeping an eye on his account, it’s very easy to catch something off. If there was one thing I wish this had, it would be a transaction history for credit cards. You can only track purchases and transactions for you debit and savings accounts.

It’s a mobile banking app
It’s a mobile banking app that allows you to do what you would expect. It is great about updating your balance and quick to transfer money from account to account. I’m just ready for a mobile banking app to break out of the norm and offer budgeting assistance, investing assistance, tips and guidance like apps such as Clarity, Mint, EveryDollar. A mobile banking app offering those features would have a leg up on other apps being that they are in control of your account, update quicker, all-in-one app, etc. Just a thought, maybe only I have.

Good but could use a few tweaks
This app is incredibly convenient for checking balances, mobile transfers and paying bills online in one location. However, I sometimes have issues with the current balance not always matching/showing what’s available, especially when you use the mobile deposit feature. I also don’t like the transaction limitations on the mobile deposit feature. Overall, it’s a pretty good app; I’ll even add that the contact us/customer service option within the app is fairly good and prompt.

Great Features, Some Missing
This is a great app overall. I don’t know how it compares to other banks, but I can do most of my banking business through my phone. Some things I want to do require logging in through a computer, but those items seem like good targets for upcoming app refinements. Requested app improvements: 1) Adding an account for an existing member. 2) Connecting better to a spouse/partner’s TCU account. 3) Setup TCU credit card account login/security so it works with popular budgeting apps like Intuit Mint.

A Great App!
i’ve had this app for a while, i don’t even know...but i had enjoyed it for as long as i’ve had it! i love how easy it is to transfer money out other people and accounts, as well as just checking my balance. i have even come to appreciate how it make you log back in after you’ve been out of the app for too long!

Love it. Just wish when in Bill Pay you could go in and change amount and or dates. Instead you have to delete whole thing and start over. Miss the special deals we use to get. But love the card rebate % helps with emergency's and Christmas. One other thing but I don’t think its a app thing its a bank thing. Wish transactions would show at once when doing Bill Pay. So you could see true balance. App is great my kids 18 and 22 have each been using it for at-least 3 years.

Easy to use and reliable.
I’ve been using this app for years and it’s easy to use and reliable. With all the functionality on this app you’d think it would be hard to learn but it’s easy to navigate, the wording is straightforward and it works great on my phone. Most importantly I have never had a problem with any of the functionality. I’d definitely recommend the TCU app to anyone.
