Fixed, Now Five Stars
First off, pickle bacon ranch pizza, you have to, trust. Secondly, I could never use the app due to a bug that would never register that I verified my email. So no rewards deals points nothing. Which means I refused to purchase there even though they’re on of the best, every company offers rewards so I had to go elsewhere. Butttt they must’ve read my review because I received a new email from them stating to retry and an app notification stating they’ve reworked the verification/password system and after trying it again, I can finally access the app and rewards and I’ll be back in the future for any pizza orders

Buggy app. Delivery error
When using this app, it no longer allows me to select delivery, but if I call the store to place the order the store will deliver. The app used to allow me to select delivery now it says i’m not in the delivery zone which I am. Their app developer is terrible. Super buggy app half the time when you go to check out the screen goes white then you don’t know if the order went through or not so then you have to call the store. Please add a “no butter garlic” option to all subs some subs have it, some subs don’t. Please add the option to have no butter garlic on all subs. Also, if you go to place a order on the phone, if you do not select calling about a order already placed some foreign person will pick up the phone that’s not even in the store. Must be different people running Hungry Howies.

Favorite pizza…but the app…
I love Hungry Howies. I grew up having it for special occasions or Friday night dinners out. A staple of my childhood. The app is great for the most part. It’s much easier than calling on the phone to order because I can take my time. HOWEVER…where we currently are located, is on a large property. We live in our motorhome full time. We aren’t always in the same spot. I have to figure out which restraint got our order wherever we are because the places we stay sometime have specific instructions that help the driver get to us. But there is no where in the app to put instructions for the driver. Every single other pizza places’ apps have a spot to put these directions. So I then have to call the restraint to let them know the directions to pass along to the driver. Which negates the whole entire point of using the app because I could just order over the phone. PLEASE ADD A SPOT TO PUT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DRIVERS. THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU.

this app is terrible.
this is absurd. It kept making me verify my password for HungryHowies Pizza, who is going to hack my HungryHowies Pizza account. Even if someone did hack my Hungry Howie’s Pizza account I could care less. Go ahead and order a pizza off my account. What am I gonna do this? Just made me rage It kept making me click links, and the app kept crashing. All I wanted to do was order a pizza for our family dinner but no this app let you do anything about that. This app is absolute garbage and I do not recommend. Very difficult to work with, and the average person could never figure this out nor a genius.

Crap
I had issues ordering a pizza with the app on my iPhone last time, but I figured you’d fix it so I called my order in. Today, I was again hungry for a pizza. I placed my order on the app, went to check out, and got the exact same error as last time. Invalid email format however it shows my email address right. I delete my email and re-add it and says the same thing. I go to the website and it opens the app only to say the same when I checkout. You are losing a customer to your competitor because their app and website actually work.

Very buggy
This app isn’t anything groundbreaking and there seem to be glitches on a regular basis. Was out and about and tried to place and order, got an error message telling me I didn’t have an internet connection, oddly enough other apps I tried didn’t seem to have that problem. So I deleted the app, not just from the home screen and even though I didn’t have an internet connection was able to download it again, now it’s not working at all. It’s without a doubt the buggiest app I have on my phone, no other apps come even close.

Update not so great
I just ordered two sandwiches. It took me 10 minutes to even order. Every time I would get to the lettuce and tomatoes part it would tell me please select a sub set and would not let me continue. When I did finally get to place my order, it was wrong. I wanted it loaded like it is but Because of the updates to the app I received no tomatoes and lettuce in the side. Why can’t you just make it simple. All the ingredients and remove the ones you don’t want. Really disappointing and was too hard to work. Please fix it. Your sandwiches are waaaaaay better then the competitor.

A disaster in my bed
I was on my bed with my girlfriend and we were trying to order with the mobile app and then OUT OF NOWHERE the old application just closed out of nowhere like a dingus. I didn’t eat yet, and I tired this is REQUIRING all my patience. Now I’m in the bed waiting for my pizza put the credit card in formation inside and beep my phone off - SUCCESS now I have a twenty minute future pizza on my lap and it’s warming my thighs. Overall a combination of a one star and five star experience so I’m going to meet in the middle and give it a 3 star experience that I had in my bed.

Great and easy to use, but lacking in some features
While it is a major convenience to use, I find that there are still some things to be desired, such as the ability to review the order price without having to look at the confirmation email, or the ability to merge simultaneous orders into a single order if the orders were made within minutes of each other.

App will not work. Crashes trying to sign in
So I just upgraded to the iPhone 11 and iOS 13.1. App just crashes when trying to open. If this was the first time this had happened I would have chalked it to being too new. But it did the same thing on my previous iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12.4.1 and on my sons iPhone XR also with 12.4.1. Is this just abandonware at this point? Although not directly related, the website is also atrocious. Order failed twice trying to pay and finally went through. Although surprise, surprise... one of the “failed” orders didn’t actually fail and I got charged twice. Nice guy working there fixed it and also surprise the previous order right before mine had the same thing happen. Some one work in their IT department should really pay attention to these things. I really don’t like ordering on the phone and your app/website is making it darn difficult to use and this company has to be losing business because of it. Please fix it. I love your food and it’s so reasonably priced.
