Just click a button for a customer service and it points to non existing service. Apple, do something, this is on you. No surprise why the city I live in chose such an app for their parking services.
Booking doesn’t work
It does list parking lots around the spot you want to park and the rates may or may not be correct but the booking of parking definitely doesn’t work: keeps asking to confirm email even though it’s been confirmed
Broken
I used to use Inrix Parking and now it's rebranded to this. I receive something went wrong when trying to register. Uninstalled.
Not easy to use
I use other parking apps with no issues but can not find how to pay for parking in this app at all

Sign Up Issues
Can’t reserve parking without email confirmation. Broken link sent to 3 different email accounts. Refreshed website link on 3 different days. Guess they don’t have the staff to fix their broken links. Therefore can’t reserve parking.
Is this app still live?
How can an app with an average rating of less than 2 becaward-winning? The app still won’t allow credit card details to be scanned or uploaded. It rejected my post code. Feedback via the website bounces back. Is this app still live? It’s no longer supported.
Horrible
Downloaded - created account and tried to book a spot. Kept getting errors like add phone number, add email etc even though I entered them. So on the 5 time it said you reached max reservations of 4 per day. I went to reservations all said 404 error and none are true reservations. Well won’t let me delete them. Tried chat features says to sign in even though I am signed in so I put my info in and says does not recognize email and password yet yup I am already logged in!! So if you are into inconveniences and loss of time with no gain then use this app.

Is this app even supported?!
Have been trying to use this app for over a week to reserve a parking spot in another city. Will not let me validate my email address. The feedback email does not work. Not sure what is the purpose of this app, but I will be deleting it.
About as bad as an app can get
I didn’t even manage to upload by card automatically or manually. Some people shouldn’t be making apps.
