Worthless app

Impossible to get logged in. Tells me I have the wrong password. I do not,I screen-capped it when I made it. Tried to use security questions. It wants two answers but only has one question. Tried to reset the password, it tells me the new password is based on personal information. It absolutely is not. So I choose another that reflected how I was feeling. Can’t use that because it has disallowed words in it. Screw your and your app. Deleted. If you need to communicate with me, mail me something. Your app is useless.

Rewards Balance Link is ALWAYS erroring

I’ve had constant issues with trying to check my Rewards Card Balance. Now, for some reason, not only can I not check my balance, but my card won’t work. Even with over $250 (I DID contact Florida Blue support to saw my balance) on the card. I’ve never had an issue with using my reward card since getting it, but all of a sudden, I can’t use it for my copays!! So frustrating!! Just give us a DIRECT Website to check the balance rather than a link!!

Not the best

The app does not load correctly; I have problems logging in, and with the latest update it seems to be even worse. When I do login, I can’t stay logged in and in the past I’ve had messages waiting that I couldn’t access on the app. They need to find somebody who can really fix this because it’s not usable and it’s current version.

Log in button doesn’t work

latest update won’t allow me to log in. log in button is broken. this app is also generally functions poorly. if I wanted to have glitchy scroll and inaccessible buttons I would just log in on safari on my phone. only good feature is being able to see your card virtually as the provider search always turns up empty when I know that’s not true.

Manageable

This app is so manageable and easy to find your care for your insurance package. It doesn’t take you to another website, it doesn’t glitch out, it doesn’t take time to load or anything. It’s convenient.

Your app is wack

App does work well but neither does the website. Lots of issues, logons already taken no matter how unique, slow, unable to logon on app or website, have to try multiple times before it takes! If you can get your app or website to perform, what does that say about the quality of your health services! It may not be related but it goes to the quality of your overall product! Is your healthcare services as poor as your IT services?

App Review - Not Company

It’s never working when I need it. I don’t need it often, but when I do I always have to make my way to a computer because the app craps out. Kinda defeats the whole point of having an app. It is more frustrating than it is convenient. I’d rather know I don’t have something than to think I do have it and not be able to use it when I need it. Will be deleting the app and going back to waiting on the telephone for hours when I need help. Maybe use some of the premium to hire competent and adequate support. That will determine if I renew and put my trust and money in this company again. I am ok with not having everything at my fingertips 100% of the time. Just don’t pretend like that is what you are selling me.

App issues

The app is so helpful for the most part. However lately when it comes to the Rewards and activities I can not access that portion. Could you please look into this issue. I can’t finish my activities or check on my status. Thank you so much

I took a super informative class on Houseplants and learned so much, it was awesome. They host coloring because it’s fun and relaxing and stress reducing. I absolutely LOVE my Florida Blue healthcare, it’s affordable and AMAZING!!! Upgrade you wellness to Florida Blue.

I just downloaded the Florida Blue app and I was trying to add my insurance card to my Apple Wallet and every time I press the Add to My Apple Wallet” it brings up this disclaimer. I don’t understand. Why put on the app that you can add to Apple Wallet and it doesn’t even work.
