App not compatible with Apple watch?
For some reason, the app does not appear on my watch and when i go to the App Store on my watch it says “Couldn’t find”. Very inconvenient.
Fast & simple to use!
I don’t understand why there are so many one-star reviews. All I can think of is that a lot of them must be from when the app was new. I’ve been using it for 2 years and I love it. It’s super easy to use; it’s much quicker than using their website, especially since I can login with facial recognition.
It doesn’t have as many functions as their online banking does, but that’s what I’d expect from an app. I’m still able to do at least 95% of my banking using this. I only had a problem once, trying to log in, and customer service helped me fix it right away.

App is glitchy
I try to check my balance and transactions and usually it I’ll just constantly bombard me with error messages. This shouldn’t be happening I should be having a smooth experience in the app like any other app. It’s annoying constantly having to restart the app. It also didn’t show me a payment I made a week ago for something I ordered online that comes in tomorrow. It says I still have the same amount I have as before and I think it’s a glitch because a day ago it said I was at the amount I should have after the purchase. Please fix this I see others here are frustrated as well.

Horrible !
Ever since the app was updated (downgraded). It’s just nothing but horrible ! You’ll log in (face scan) then it’ll check basically saying you’re good to go. Which is a totally lie ! You have face scan again!! Then you’re actually finally logged in . Once you click on your transactions it’ll pop up which seems a million times “ERROR TRY AGAIN” . So you basically have to log out do the whole thing again just to check your transaction history . This isn’t just my app that does it I've asked other friends of mine who have this bank app ! At this point I rather drive to the nearest ATM to check ! It’s completely ridiculous to experience this every time ! They really need to fix these on going issues .

Hate New Update
I’ve been using mobile banking for a while and found the interface simple, quick, and easy to use. But with this newest update, that’s all changed. There is a distinct lag time between actions, there is no longer an easy access ‘transfer’ button within your account page (you have to go back to the main page to make a transfer — and sometimes you have to retype the $$ amount if you change which account you’re transferring money to), and the software is just boring. Change it back, or make it more convenient to use

New Update Broke It
Why, oh why, do developers update things that work just fine, only to make them worse? Now I can't see any of my transaction history, the app just gets stuck on a loading screen. The app also had a very simple interface before, but they felt the need to make it more complicated, for some reason. Updates are supposed to be improvements, otherwise, why are you updating? And please, if you're a developer, test your product before use. Your customers are not your software testers. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this trend of broken updates has to do with companies cutting costs by eliminating any and all bug testing. They certainly did in this case.

Significant upgrade over all but...
This is a very significant update. I liked how it shows the store or merchants logos so you can easily tell where did the transaction occur.
4 stars because there are couple issues:
- card alerts is buggy, I turned text messages alerts on, then trying to go back to switch it to off, it is not letting me.
- 2 factors authentication is very important, however there must be a checkbox “Remember this device”.

Keep written record
Update: Discovered that the website has an amazing budgeting tool!
I’ll be using the website from now on for budgeting and the app for quick transfers/checking balance.
Please promote the budgeting tool on the app. It would be a great service to your customers 🤓
This app is pretty frustrating to use and we have had major discrepancies that resolved themselves in 3-5 days. That’s enough time to overdraft. Common sense precaution is to keep written records as you go. That’s what I will be doing from now on.
To be clear: our experience with Mission Fed Credit Union has been good so far, the app needs work👍
