No-brainer
This worked exactly as expected and was far easier than trying to figure out a myriad of local parking systems or having to repeatedly return to my car to increase parking time.
In case it is useful to anyone else: Apple Pay (which I linked to the app, making things even easier) showed all charges in NOK—even when I was not in Norway. This confused me at first but I was not charged more than expected.
Also, in my experience, all parking for a day was bundled into a single charge the following morning. Again, I did not pay more than expected, but this did catch me off guard at first, so be aware.Show lessDrew5555
Need phone number
I want to pay to park to stay right, but my esim did not come with a number and will not let my regular number work. Having data will not allow you to pay without a phone number. Please fix with email confirmation option instead!pizza_hut_fan01

Worked for us in Italy
We used EasyPark last week (April 18-27, 2024) in Pisa, Portovenere, Lucca, and Volterra. We couldn’t get 2 other parking apps to work (MooneyGo was one) and although I was apprehensive about EasyPark due to reviews from Americans, it worked well for us. Very convenient and fairly user-friendly. I deleted the rental car license plate as soon as we returned the car. I would use it again.Show lessAnne_CPA
Timer to set parking time is horrible
The former version where you can start parking and keep the end time open until you are actually finished was (and still is) the best way to use this app. It’s hard to guess how long I am going to need to park. I’m not psychic and I’m not always in a situation where I can look at my phone every time it makes a sound. I have received parking tickets because I could not check my phone to “feed the meter”. It is almost as bad as having to walk back to a physical meter to feed it more coins. Zero response-Tricks you into a subscription you cannot check out of again
I was tricked into to the business version of the app without subscribing to it-the sales guy just did so without closing me. Now, I cannot unsubscribe. Mails are not responded to, there is no unsubscribe possibility in the app, fully deleting the account does not work. Watch out-this is Hotel California.Show lessstebebe
Credit Card Fraud Detection makes unusable
This app is totally unusable if you're traveling. I am on a trip outside my home country and it refuses to accept every single credit card I have because it says "Fraud". I have been using the credit cards everywhere without any problem. It is only EasyPark that fails. There is no way to use it if it wrongly rejects payment.Show lessCantabuio

Unfortunately only 1 star here, no support at all. Private account is working perfectly.
Was multiple time contacted by sell department regarding open business account, now when I decided to open one, have issue to setup and no one willing to help. Try to call, the staff on the phone ask me to send email. Send email, no answer.

Good but watch out for this…
EasyPark is really a good App and I would have rated it higher except for one thing that could be easily corrected.
You have to be careful if you use the very useful camera feature with a car once it is no longer in your possession - for instance after you finished renting the car or you sold the car. If you don’t delete the license plate from the App you will pay for the next renter’s parking.
I wish that the App made this clearer at the time I added the license plate rather than relying on their terms and conditions to inform me. It would be even better if the camera triggered a request to my App to approve the parking first and not automatically bill. The parking App Pango has such controls built in .Show lessPWRusso
Greatest Convenience!!
The EasyPark app and system make parking in various cities throughout Europe a breeze. Not needing to worry about carrying around enough change for the meters is wonderful!Gixxerreign
