Does not work in the obvious parking places in Switzerland
What is the use of such an app if I have to end up either paying with coins or being fined because I did not have coins on me - counting on the app - and late for my meeting. It has problems connecting to the server in obvious areas such as 8014 in Zurich.dhyugfccsgjnbf

Warning the Easy Park App Doesn’t Work Properly. You can still get a ticket. The cursor is not registering your location and parking people do not see it as been paid. 900kr plus the parking fee!! Be Aware !betallt

I use Apple Pay with the app and keep getting messages that my payment hasn’t gone though. This seems to be not my problem. There’s no mechanism to email.Old lady user

Awesome service
I used EasyPark while traveling in Stockholm for business last week and the service worked great. I was even able to extend my parking from my phone, which ParkMobile does not offer here in the US. EasyPark must have built support for international phone numbers, as I was able to use my US number. Love the app and service! I will definitely be using it again on my trip to Copenhagen next month.Show lessmev36

I used this app 3 times in Italy to pay for parking. The 3rd time I found a ticket on my windshield, so instead of paying 3 euros for a 4-hour parking I ended up paying 44 euros. Not only the EasyPark refused to help, they didn’t even have the courtesy to refund me from the 3 euros that I paid them. Don’t use it!Show lessfrancopd
Best app for parking!
I use this app every day! It is AWESOME. Easy to use, easy to “refill” via credit card or PayPal. I don’t understand the negative ratings: it works great and makes my life easier!Viaggiatrice23

Tried to use in some of the countries supported with our Volvo XC90 but sadly can't unless we have a local mobile number. In ROW mobile numbers serve as mobile payment systems. US is still mostly in the 19th century.Dookie 2x
Useless App unless from certain countries
Downloaded the App in Nancy, france, to try to pay for parking. Then discovered that you have to enter a phone number and only a few countries are allowed. So, as an US visitor, it is useless!!! Also the parking machines only accept coins - most civilized places one can also use a credit card. So I conclude that Nancy doesn't care about tourists. Disgusted, from Pittsburgh.Show lessRollett
Miserable service, payment options fail
Appeared nice, but then got a no-reply email that the payment option failed and I needed to update the payment or else they would charge a fine.
Guess what: Getting into the app took 15 minutes, then the payment options could not load, then they could not register the data then.... This is an app from the 90's. If you value your own time, find another optionShow lessIvan12312312322
