Convenient app.
They fixed the payment system and now it is even more convenient than it was. I also like that they pay you back if you end your parking earlier, this way I can park for longer if I'm not sure about the time with no extra fee.Nikki Toss

The App doesn’t work in Rome or Florence, Italy. Your car will be towed anyway. There is no way you can delete your payment info.Cristinarei
Not user friendly!
We were required to use this app for a parking lot in Iceland however because we didn’t have access to the internet we couldn’t download the app and start the timer when we arrived at the lot. There is no way on the app to pay for parking after you have left the lot you. Too bad there isn’t a simple way to just pay what you owe rather than running the timer!Show lessGinaS10

Hey, Ginas10! The app needs internet connection in order to work, it is necessary to send the parking request to the parking operator of your city. Furthermore, you can pay a parking after moving away from your car, using the area code or the street + nº where you have parked. Drains battery
According to Battery settings, this app drained my battery in the background even though I hadn’t touched it, and Background App Refresh is disabled and Location Services is set to While Using for this app. → Deletejrc+

Received Parking Ticket
I parked in Berlin and downloaded the app. Paid EasyPark €10,81 for parking and followed the apps directions to hand write a note that says “EasyPark” and leave it on dash. Was skeptical but followed the directions as there was an easypark sticker on the meter. Of course I received a parking ticket for €10. I would be very cautious to use this app unless you are 100% sure of its validity.Show lessReecropp

How would you defend charging to send a receipt by email? Any vendor is required to provide a receipt for purchases made, right?
