Het bedrijf blokkeert direct je (zakelijke) account als een betaling mislukt. Dat is niet zoals het zou horen. Voor mij een reden om over te stappen naar een andere parkeerprovider die wel klantvriendelijk is.patjem99

Was great, not anymore
Not sure what happened. App was working as intended but now it won’t let me make any payments. Tried reinstalling and it never sends and confirmation codes to add a new account.
Found a backwards way through their website to create an account and now it won’t take any of the credit card info I was using before.

Incorrectly charges me extra for Zurich
App is supposed to be charging regular price in Zurich, not 15% extra. Zurich plates, Zurich address, Zurich phone number, Zurich parking place…. But app still thinks I am not in an area with the no-surcharge pricing. Please fix.Shanv2
good - in theory
good app if it would work but it doesn’t allow me to perform the payment with apple pay for some reason (Apple pay is set up properly on my phone and works for other services). Neither does it allow me to just add a credit card.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
Went to Iceland on vacation and returned to
the US. Unfortunately, I forgot my password. I tried using the password recovery numerous times and I have received an sms message. I had to call my credit card company to stop this app from charging my card. Somehow they have found a ways to charge my card even though I disputed the charges and had them blocked.Show lessnomad named will
