I’m being charged money and I can’t stop it
I downloaded the app to park on the street, I adjusted my time for 6 hours, and discovered that I have instead selected 180 hrs. When I pressed stop parking, it gives me an error. When I try deleting the account, it says I can’t delete it because of the ongoing parking session. I am no longer parked at the location but am still being charged money.Show lessDangerkwok
Authentication is cumbersome
First asked me for a previously used license plate to activate the account. I’ve always used rental cars so had not idea. Deleted account and trying to register again, but when I put it my UK phone number and select Australia as the parking country, nothing happens. I don’t understand why they can’t just do regular accounts like everybody else.Show lessmark_bread
Beware
Easy Park is a great app. It was they only one out there that let us - US citizens - pay for parking - easy to use, easy to extend - LOVED IT - until our acct was hacked. Two weeks after we left The Netherlands our credit card was being used daily for some pretty expensive parking and my phone number that I use had been changed. Had to cancel the credit card and get a new one. Easy Park needs to up their security. We only used the app once in The Hague.Show lessPianogirltx

Easy & Flexible
I find EasyPark easy to use and adjust time as needed. I appreciate partnerships like QPARK, where EasyPark can be used in place. If I am unsure whether I need to use EasyPark in an area, I launch the software and it will either show me a pop up of the parking space number so I can set the parking time or it will tell me there is no EasyPark parking option in that area.Show lessMMW MN

So many steps and then the verification email won’t show up right away. Frustrating when you just want to get going and have to spend 10m signing up to just pay for simple parking. Can’t you just accept Apple Pay with no sign up necessary?! Please make this easier.

Makes no sense
I’m from the United States with a US cell number parking in Switzerland being charged in Swiss Francs and they are billing my PayPal in Norwegian Kroner? Currency exchange fees add up quickly.davidecl1

If you’re traveling and happen to be switching rental cars now and then, which is pretty common on trips in foreign countries, please BE AWARE that you need to make sure to change the registration number for the car in the app. If you forget to do this, you’re TOTALLY SCREWED. I paid for parking, but we had just switched to a different rental car and I forgot to change the registration number in the app. I got a slip on my car window telling me I owed them a fine that was over 3x the amount of the parking. I submitted a complaint saying I had actually paid, just under a different registration number and I gave them that number, but no, that’s my fault and I have to pay the fine. PLUS, they’re keeping what I paid for parking under the wrong registration number!??? How is that fair?? Poor business practice and extremely unforgiving. I PAID FOR PARKING!!Show lessAct888pm
