Cannot start parking.
Button stopped working some months ago and has not been fixed. Have attempted to erase and download the app again but it no longer works. Too bad.cloois
Start parking button doesn’t work
This app is useless for me.
After selecting location, car and time…. The button to “Start Parking” doesn’t work. It doesn’t say anything.

Unpredictable functionality
Application can suddenly stop accepting certain payment method. I was using Apple Pay and it worked fine. Yesterday when I was taking my daughter to dentist I set the parking time and run to dentist. While waiting I noticed it was not counting down the time, to the Apple Pay didn’t work with the APP. I had to load the same credit card directly to the app and payment was successful. Of course during that time I already got parking ticket.
I would definitely not recommend this APP unless you are never in hurry…Show lesshate trump adds

I tried to report an issue but it said I hadn’t made any purchases to do so (which I have and is an issue in itself), so I’m posting the issues in a review. First time I went to purchase parking the payment timed out, then the app would not let me retry for many times, and when you have a fussy baby in a stroller out in the cold, that feels like forever. It finally let me purchase my parking, then when it came time to extend parking there was absolutely no where in the app to extend it. I even searched the help section, which just referred me back to the app with no extend button anywhere. A notification popped up on my Apple Watch about extending, but then immediately disappeared before I could even read it let alone push a button. So I could not extend and had to wait it out each time, which was very frustrating.
The language regarding which notifications you want to set could also be more clear.Show lessLono13
Terrible company
Crooks - they charged me when I wasn’t even in the country in which they claimed I had parked. I can’t believe how this can be legal.Thom NIckname

Well designed app! No crazy setup tutorial screen either. Only wish the Apple Pay part was working? I had to add a credit card since pressing pay didn’t work when I only had Apple Pay as an option?Ryan M

We are having some issues with Apple Pay not accepting transactions, although we expect we can solve the issue soon, it can be fixed by changing to a credit card or PayPal.
